I’m not one to write reviews but we really never leave this place happy. I showed up and they were only letting people in by appointment. Which is completely understandable because of COVID. I got in my car and called them because they would not speak to me at the store. I tried to ask if they were available to take me in right away and she said no, someone is coming in 15 minutes so I will not be able to be served. I asked her if there is an open spot for today so I can come back and she responded with “Well what are you looking for exactly?”. When I told her it was for a shower hose she then told me they have none in stock. She didn’t even offer to order one or to schedule an appointment for me. My husband and I have spent over $5000 at this place. We will never come back nor will we recommend this place to our friends and family. The service is terrible and the staff have an attitude I deeply regret doing business with them in the past and I am happy that I went elsewhere for the shower hose. Never again!!!!

I am revising my review and upgrading to 4 stars. My bad experience was with sales and that has not changed, so this is why I am upgrading to 4 stars and not 5.I had a problem with the faucet after it was installed. The after sales support from Plomberium was excellent. Angela Rodolphe was assigned to the case and she provided fantastic support. I would rate her 5 stars. She got in contact with the faucet manufacturer who sent a technician to assess the problem and they replaced the faucet, including free installation. So, I am happy with the product and happy with Angela's help throughout the process-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Find another plumbing supply store. Staff is generally unfriendly, seemingly uninterested in taking the time to help you choose what you need. This is not a one-time observation. Two different sales representatives on two different days had similar attitudes; they seemed rushed even if the store was not busy. And I experienced the same at another store a few years back when I bought there for a kitchen upgrade.I purchased a faucet that was posted for cheaper on their website. I only realized that when I got home. I called the store immediately. No one could help. They were supposed to call me back. No one did. Now, the website has the same price I paid so forget making the case that I was overcharged.Sales person told me the faucet was guaranteed for life. The manufacturer's site states that plastic parts are guaranteed for 5 years. Salesperson told me I could return the item for refund if for whatever reason (before installation), there was an incompatibility with my sink/counter. The bill makes it clear there are re-stocking fees and exchange fees. Bad overall experience, made the mistake of buying at Plomberium twice. Won't make the same mistake again.

I had an incredible overall experience with Federico. With all of the uncertainty and delays because of the pandemic, he was always one step ahead and able to solve ever problem. Renovating 2 bathrooms and shopping for everything was causing me stress until we met Frederico who walked us through everything and was very helpful with his knowledge of plumping and personal experience. Now just hoping the rest of the Reno goes as smoothly as buying the fixtures and furniture was.

We went in for an estimate for a bathroom. Everything was well explained. The store has a good showroom divided by brands mostly. Need to wait a few days for the estimate to be done though.

Thanks for your excellent customer service last Friday. I went to your store inquiring on an issue I was having with my kitchen sink seal. The rep at the front desk took the time to listen to me and proposed a solution. I felt like a customer, not a number. Thank you for your help! Your solution worked!

During the pandemic we did a large renovation including bathrooms and the kitchen and we bought all of our plumbing fixtures from Federico at Plomberium. He was super patient, and throughout the process remained organized, attentive and focussed on customer service at the highest level. After moving in to the home we quickly realized that 2 faucets were not working properly. Luckily for us they were guaranteed for life, but Federico remained a constant in helping us resolve our issues to our satisfaction. In the end, both faucets are being replaced and we couldn't be happier that both Federico and Yannick from Plomberium in Laval were on our side. 10/10 for service and support. I would not hesitate to send anyone here for their plumbing needs. If only all companies took customer service and after sale service so seriously. Happy to give a 5 star review.
