These guys recovered all my texts and pictures off my phone that the screen was totally smashed I had texts from my best friend that passed away and pictures that I thought were lost as well as texts and pics of my mom that passed away not so long ago I was so grateful for these guys I got tears in my eyes so if you read these reviews thanks a million times seriously it means a lot and for anyone else in the area I highly recommend them

I had a great experience with CPR services in Grand Rapids, MN last summer. I apologize for taking so long to write this review. (world's worst procrastinator here). Last July, I left my laptop open on the patio table, and was called away for what I thought was going to be a minute or two, but it turned out to be longer. A pop up shower came along, and when I remembered the laptop, it had been sitting in moderate rain for at least 10 minutes. I tipped it upside down to let the water drain out and brought it in to CPR right away. Abram opened it up and dried things out and did what he could. At the time he brought it out to me, the keyboard wasn't working right and the battery didn't seem to hold a charge, but otherwise the computer would work if plugged in. He gave me, free of charge, at auxiliary keyboard to hook up so I could use my laptop until I got a new one. I was only charged a small fee and had known from the beginning chances of saving the computer were very slim. I took the computer home and let it set, open, for a few hours on my dining room table. I plugged it in, turned it on, and was able to sign in with my laptop's keyboard. I started to type in searches and everything seemed to be working fine--the screen was normal and the keyboard seemed to be normal. I unplugged from the power source and the computer held a charge just fine. From then, to this day forward it works as it always did! A huge thanks to Awesome Abram for rescuing my laptop. He saved me from having to buy a new MacBook!

CPR Cell Phone Repair is the BEST! I was trading in an old phone to get a new upgraded phone and they took care of fixing my old phone and gave me a great bundle on my new phone.

I own an older iPhone which needed a battery. It took 3-4 days to get the battery, but the install only took an hour. I'm pretty pleased with the repair.

CPR in Grand Rapids, MN was able to help and was professional. They charged me what they quoted me to fix iPad glass and were able to answer my questions. The turn around time was quick too - less than a day.

Amazing fast service they had my phone back to new in less than a week. Very great service !!!

I’ve been using this company since they first opened to fix broken iPhones & recently purchasing a new one rather than buying from my carrier. The owners have always been very involved & their hard work and dedication to their business & customers has been instilled into their growing team, its shows. I’ve had ALL positive experiences with the owners & every employee I’ve dealt with. New Phones/Repairs aren’t cheap but I believe they're more than fair and definitely worth it; you get what you pay & you can expect quality product & workmanship, reliability & honesty, quick & phenomenal customer service from start to finish. 5 Stars, I’d highly recommend them!
