Chicken is quite tasty. The cheese snow is delicious. Original is good. Chicken pieces moist and perfectly fried. Definitely buying it again. I brought the boneless chicken.

Ordered the sweet and spicy boneless chicken and it's out of this world! It's moist, crunchy, good balance of sweet and spicy. Service was a bit slow as It took 25 minutes to get my order.

I rarely leave reviews but the people need to know, that this place has some to die for fried chicken. I tried cheese snow and yangyeom. my god I can't choose which one was better.Chicken is perfectly fried, the coatings are incredible, and this is coming from someone who usually doesn't enjoy meat. I love that you can get boneless and it's a mix of white/dark meat. outstanding.

Charming for a fast food place. Looked like a family owned joint? The folks working were wicked friendly. Food was real good too. Not too much batter and all breast so no bones to pick through. Way better quality than KFC. Fries are great too. I'd honestly go just for the fries and the service but the chicken is great. I'll hit this place up every time I'm in the area.Edit: one thing I would suggest for the owners is a hands free trash receptacle. Nobody likes having to touch the garbage bin to toss their trash.

I ordered half portion of Soy garlic with boneless. Price is reasonable and good portion for 1 person.Sauce tastes good, their customer service is nice, everyone was kind.However, here’s the honest review.This location Boneless chicken was made only by chicken breast.. compared with other Korean chicken places, sell their boneless chicken with mixed dark and white meats.. but here only breast; That’s not good.Therefore, the batter is almost NONE..! As you can see the picture, very little of chicken batter on the meat.It tastes like just they put bear chicken breast into the oil just to fry.I might not come back to this location unless I really wanna try to have Bone chicken.

Chicko chicken is a great option for Korean fried chicken. There's only a few tables inside, but most people tend to get take out. Order in advance or prepare to wait. They make their chicken fresh. My favorite flavor is the cheese snow.

Tried a new korean fried chicken restaurant on Kingsway, close to Nanaimo.Chicko Chicken.Restaurant is clean, open and very inviting. Staff, both very friendly and helpful. I ordered the bone in Original half order. And boneless yangyeom half order. Both were delicious! The original fried chicken had a nice crunch as well.If your in the area, give this place a try.

Good service, ok price for 1 person, but limited menu for 1 person. I cannot finish half of chicken portion therefore ordered a meal deal with just original chicken. However i ordered 1$ cheese powder to shake with my fries and chickens( what came out really tasty). Boneless chicken was moist. Will come back for sure
