Really recommend the immigration interview prep course, helped me a lot when preparing for the interview. We went through a lot of questions on the culture and value. The teachers also helped me to speak French in a more natural way.

I totally enjoyed the service and experience. The sound quality was great and the room was well prepared for the exam. The only thing that could be improved is the keyboard. Thanks

I took the CELPIP exam here, the place for the exam was clean and organized. The supervisor was very friendly and explained everything completely.There were 6 of us in one room.I gave 4 stars because someone in front of me did not respect the rights of the exam. His headphone sound was very loud in the listening test and he spoke very loudly in the speaking test. The supervisor asked him 4 times to speak more quietly, but this person did not respect that. It's not fair that because of just one person, Other examinees be distracted and not be able to concentrate well.In my opinion, managers should think about this problem and find a solution so that the rights of others are not lost.

I had situation during my test. And it was resolved by the supervisors very quickly. I really appreciate the help. Overall the experience was good, we had a warm welcome and were updated with the instructions very clearly

Tried to contact them via email, and phones multiple times and even left a message and never get any response. Waste of time.Edited: This review was made almost 10 days after I had contacted. First, I contacted you guys on your webpage. Fine, perhaps, the contact info on your webpage did not get my info through. I called and left a voice message on the 3rd February. Plus I was actually trying to register for French courses, not CELPIP registration. Your response does not answer to my problem mentioned above but thanks.

Don’t go to this school for any classes. I got bullied from teacher when I was in online course for learning English.She killed my passion. She told me why you want to learn? Your brain got so slow now!!!I called the school and told them what happened. On the website when you pay it says you have one week to see if you like it or not for refund. I asked them for refund. They had only one teacher to teach. I had no other choice to choose someone else.I paid around $750. They are going to pay me back $180.They pretty much rubbed me in polite way.They think we are just immigrants coming from other countries and have nobody!! Let’s treat any way we want. give yourself a favour and choose other school.This place is ridiculous.

Very helpful and good place to make citizenship exam

The senior lady in charge (reception and evaluator) is very rude and unfriendly. She has no empathy even though she aknowledges the importance of the test for inmigrants.She's giving you the attitude from the reception and then you meet her in the room to find out she's your evaluator...not nice! It's hard to believe she's objective when evualting.

The checkin was very easy and quick. Nothing is allowed inside the exam room room, not even jacket. I would suggest you to carry a light jacket if you want to feel warm and cozy in the exam room with AC. Washroom is located outside the facility on the same floor. Masks were not mandatory. Headset were of very good quality. Pen will be provided and a bottle of water is allowed if it is transparent and if nothing is written on it. Not very crowded.
