Terrible, There ara 8 person in there but only one of them is helping people.

There was 2 tellers one female one male the male was going over a statement with a customer for about 10 mins perhaps more these types of transactions should take place in a office or with someone whom is not in front line.I waited about 10 mins then asked if there was anyone else the girl teller looked side to side and said “I don’t think so” so I responded to “you don’t think so”?! She then proceeded with customer in front of her. I advised I had a Uber waiting and I needed to make a transaction urgently I tried to use the machine but the amount of cash I required was over the limit. She proceeded to move in a slower manner after she was done with the customer she went over to her colleague and made a comment, it has now been 20 mins and I was the only one in line. I would NEVER go to that branch again first and last customer service isn’t for everyone perhaps she should get a new job!

Went to TD Wincott on June 9 to order a certified cheque for a house deposit. I had great experience dealing with the agent name Besjana and the Filipina manager. I did’t feel rushed and the Besjana took the time to make sure that all informations are right. Definitely one of the best service I had with TD.

Excellent service, I had great experience with the agent name Besjana. She helped me to open an account. She is soo intelligent and she completed all tasks very quickly and correctly. Moreover, I felt soo friendly with her. I would say Every branch member is so polite and and friendly and i would definitely recommend this branch.

I wanted to give 5 ratings but TD would know why I have discounted one rating.Replying to Anne:Sorry for the delayed response as I noted your reply today. I have known Bibi madam and Ms. Nataliya since 2017. They are nice people. They may provide a good coaching opportunity for the BM and the MCE of branch # 1305 in Mississauga. The staff (particularly the MCE) at branch # 1305 is notorious for outraging the customers to the extent that the matter gets escalated to the banking ombudsman. TD has blocked my review of branch # 1305. Anyway, the truth is always bitter.

Waiting on the phone with TD for more than 45 minutes to simply dispute a transaction. They must really love their lowly, customers who are basically handcuffed to mediocrity by Canada's antiquated corporate banking laws. Once they acquire you banks couldn't care less. Thanks for wasting my Saturday.

Convenient to other stores...ie: Rexall. Pet Value, Eye Glasses, MTO IN the back of this plaza. PIZZA pizza.... etc.However very friendly ... helpful good hours!DO NOT sweat the negative individual's

Update 6/7/23 - If you go into this branch for anything more than making a simple deposit or cashing a check, you need to double check what these people are doing or go down the street to another branch where they know what they are doing. I will now use the branch located in Thorncrest Village!Why?Because:1) Teller made a HST deposit to the wrong CRA account. It took months for this branch to get the funds back from CRA.2) If you purchase a cashable GIC with an interest rate exemption, ie better than currently advertised interest rates, make sure the advisor makes the pre-encashment rate the match the exempt interest rate. If you don't check you might be in for a big surprise and you will be paying for their lack of training and inexperience! Someone please tell me what it takes to be a financial adviser or assistant manager at this branch?Just easier to go down the street to another branch where the tellers and advisors are better trained and knowledgeable and more careful. It’s unfortunate when you can't rely on what they verbally tell you and you need a lawyer to review all the documents before you sign for what should be the simplest of transactions.Girl responsible for mortgages very immature and dismissive. Guess that’s what you get for someone out of school. Thinks she’s better than sliced bread. Sure!
