One of the best RBC branches I have ever been to. The major reason is the staff which is well versed and attentive to all my problems and issues. Khyati was very polite and kind to all my queries. She handled everything very professionally.

Very bad experience !!!! The branch manager refuse to verify a bank draft coming from their branch while all other branches I asked do verify bank drafts!They are refuse to do so because they are lazy!!I called them twice and ask another branch fax the form to them for verification and let them know how urgent this money is for me (for down payment), it shall only take them 2 minutes to check and verify.They just unprofessional and DONT THINK for customer.While same things happens to another branch they can listen to your need and provide alternative solutions.They are trying to push their works away instead of serving you!

Very often it is a slow service. I visit usually during my lunch - M to F, and the service is extremely slow, perhaps because many tellers also are out for lunch. Perhaps, the bank could change something in the schedule? We are working people, that is why keep money there.Long time ago, I felt quite offended because I needed some money for the classes at university (I am an educated immigrant, but it is not a secret that we do need to get some classes in other country). The teller had conversation with me assuming that I was getting money for my child's education, meaning I am too old to get education myself. Very bad culture of small talk.

the branch at Dundas and Winston Churchill is terrible and I will be moving my business and personal account out of RBC due to the poor service received today. For one, the business teller is never open, for two I asked for a couple of blank cheques for my USA account and they said no, order them (which is hundreds of dollars and many cheques that I do not need) the branch by my home does this for me when needed, but the Dundas branch is next door to my office and the branch manager said no. time to move to the CIBC which is a few steps further - but may be worth it!

I have always had a positive experience at this branch, the staff is very helpful and personable. When life gets complicated and it brings you to the bank in desperation, you want your tellers to be kind and helpful. Their customer service is fantastic for general banking needs as well. Wait times have always been good.

Only 50% of the tellers are ever open. What's the point of having 6 tellers in the branch when only 3 are ever open. Wait times are excessively long. Please stagger your lunch hours to different times and not when your customers come to do their banking on their lunch breaks.

This is the worst customer service. To think I was going to become a member in a few days was a terrible idea. How do you expect to get customers if you can't even break cash for no members.
