Zebra Parkade Lot #303

I have been parking here daily for the past week. The credit card tap doesn’t work half of the time and the lady at help desk is rude. She told me to get out of the parkade when I was stuck at the entrance. I told her there are cars backing up, then she buzzed me in and told me to get out right away, otherwise my credit card will be charged $40 and hung up. I rushed to the exit and asked her to buzz me out, she told me to not come back here and better find some other place to park, again, rudely. Not sure how it works for people who have monthly passes, but I don’t recommend park here if you have places to be on time, considering how often this has happened to me and how rude their staff is.

Just save yourself the headache and don't park here.

I honestly hate how this package is lacking.You can't get in and you can't get out.Worst package ever.

Waste of space , cannot get in or get out. No one answers the help line and the card tap doesn’t work neither does inserting it you will be stuck, if you do get stuck there is a green button on the wall beside the door. Downside to this is you will have to reverse but u will be free I’d give 0 stars if I could

I have to park here for work.No receipts offered, the help line (official Website and on maps) never responds.It's also really expensive - $17 a day. And $22 if you're late!
