Terrible, inconsistent, abelist, and very very condescending. If you have an illness don't trust these people. Sometimes they use their online appointment software, sometimes they don't. There's no one who answers the phone. Awful, deeply terrible and all together a huge waste of time.Edit post response/same day: I am in crisis and require help. The medical system is a nightmare to navigate on the best of days. There were no personal insults made, and you weren't listening- as many many doctors don't.We went back and forth and there were several conversations that happened, all of which came back to: We can't help you, go elsewhere.I was ready to talk about my PTSD- specifically my PTSD FROM the medical system, 6 years of pain and trauma. 6 years of Doctors telling me to go to therapy so that they know it's not 'all in my head'. My family Dr told me several times that this was the only referral option I have available and I have witnesses to that. You took a vulnerable client and did more damage.Also good to note that confidentiality is secondary to google reviews.I expect you to be dismissive and reject my experience, that's on brand.

Using a different name because the individual who is in charge of this service has limited boundaries and is unprofessional. I will also be refusing to call them a Dr because I do not believe they should be a dr. The service provider constantly no showed. When we finally had an appointment that they showed up to we had a discussion and surprising they had issues with taking accountability (something someone who is providing therapy should be able to demonstrate), they also wouldn't let me finish speaking and tried to interrupt me multiple times in order to tell me that her staff does not speak on her behalf. Why have your staff then if they can't tell the patients what is going on with their appointments. I highly recommend you find somewhere else because this service provider is awful and will not help you if anything will make you worse. It is very clear this individual needs therapy themselves before treating anyone and should probably be reported to the college.

I am not sure about all the negative reviews here. Yes, the wait for appointment was a longer duration; but that is the same for all specialists. I felt ELM communicated during my waiting process and once they got me in Dr Mukherji was very professional, and really helped me with some solutions. I look forward to continuing my program with them.

I had an appointment, but due to system glitch from the clinic, my appointment was not completed online, there are no in person appointments, so frustrating, the staff just clearly does not help and just wash their hands off by saying that they do not have any control over the system, then who is responsible for all this? someone has to take responsibility? very easily just blame the systems? where are we all heading to?

I was on a waiting list for 10 months for 12 sessions of EMDR. 3 session in at ELM; no EMDR started, they refused to treat me without a psych reassessment. Waited 5 months for the reassessment. During my reassessment my psychiatrist urged me not to return to ELM and to seek treatment elsewhere, which I did.

Inconsistent appointments spread out far in-between each other,(retracted because it was simple patient to doctor verbal chatter about said topic)Therapy Education feels like something I could find on YouTube or by myself through proper research, sometimes those appointments only last 3 minutes. At least engage more with me during these sessions.(Makes you feel unseen)I do not have anything against anyone, I'm just noticing how I've been treated the past year.Edit: don't call your client's negative and that they are not using proper tactics, just because of this review. Reviews are commonly used as a way to explain the clients point of view, just because you do not like my review doesn't mean you shame me, I really feel uncomfortable being a client here.Most recent Edit:Wow from telling me I am not using proper tatics to casting a reply to the review that isn't accurate at all!!Do not accept remote? You accepted me being a client knowing my location was Petawawa and I was remote!I was never ever told about OHIP rules that stated I needed to come in person, no email was sent nothing I was totally clueless until they asked me to come in person which triggered an episode because I only ever agreed to over the phone due to my triggers.There is no email record of me ever being told about OHIP or needing to be in person besides being told over the phone only when it was convenient for them.I was signed up to this clinic whilst I was not in Ottawa, stated clearly I do not have transportion and required long distance/remoteReply all you want but I was not in the wrong here and will not have blame casted on me. It was the clinics responsibility and they failed.

Deeply disappointed. A family member won't be seen for more than 13 months. No follow up at all. All appointments were all over the place most were 6+ weeks apart. If anything it has made things worse because he's had no one to help him deal with things. Stress reduction clinic is a joke. Canceled appointments. Calling at a different time than given NO IN PERSON APPOINTMENTSEDIT: 13 months from their last appointment. That's not good at all. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER

Dishonest so there is no point in leaving an honest review because it will be refuted to suit their narrative. Wasted a year of my time. Was patient, polite and respectful. Condescending and abrasive in return. A lot of back and forth and excuses. Honestly, going forward , don’t waste a minute on this clinic and this doctor. You will only get frustrated and fed up. Believe me.

Look somewhere else for the service.Even 1 star is too much. Refusing to see a 85 year old patient because he cannot operate Zoom well enough.
