Tammy at GameStop was so kind and helped my daughter find the Mario pin she has been looking for. Tammy went above and beyond in such a personal way. It meant so much to my 4 year old daughter and to my husband and I. I would recommend this location to everyone! Thanks again Tammy! You are amazing!

Staff are very friendly and informative. The only downside (or upside?!) Is that it always smells like Subway because they're right next door.

Met a karen today. She took me off guard at first but she definitely qualified as one. Went in to buy a Playstation 5, brought a game that needed to be cleaned. I'm not getting into it but I was speechless in how she was speaking to me.Have you ever had a conversation with someone who is looking down at you through their nostrils. The comments about the games I brought In and the mask that I was wearing which was a medical mask made me feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed

Always a great selection of games and merchandise at this location, my go to…HOWEVER there are some rude employees there (many others have said the same). I have to say something for once and hope upper management sees this. Just the other day I was picking up a pre-order, and that one guy in blondish hair who works there was raising his voice on the phone with a customer asking questions and sorta threw the phone on the counter after he hung up. This guy needs to go, you know who you are. Every time he is in he has the WORST attitude, and seems like he couldn’t care less about his job. Dude, you work at a video game store how miserable can you be??? This other older lady with glasses that works with him also needs an attitude check. I don’t understand why they always have a careless vibe every time I come in and see them two... I’d like to feel welcomed, not uncomfortable. Other than those two all the other employees are super helpful and friendly which always improves my experience there.

Ordered Online, paid extra to expedite shipping. Best online price I could find. Product came reasonably fast as promised but i was on a call and missed the delivery driver by 1 min. Pick up notice is not even for my town. told i have to drive 18 km to pick up. I think the store is closer. On hold with Purolator trying to reschedule delivery for 30 mins and counting now as that is what GameStop customer service said to do.By the time you add shipping fees and time /money no longer the best price, and I could have had it next day. Will be cancelling my order if it cant be rescheduled at this point.

Stay Away, brought my 9 yr old in for some Cards , they sold me a membership card edge for 9.99 , bought 90$ in nba optic cards 5.99 each , went back cpl days later they put them on clearance & sold them all for half of what I paid just days earlier, This is the OVERHEAD THEY PUT ON THEN WHEN THEY WANT TO MOVE OFF THEY DIP THE PRICE GOUGE ,STUPID CARD DID NOTHING .NOW ILL BUY ALL HIS GAMES AT WALMART & I CUT THIS EDGE CARD UP ,GOOD WAY TO LOOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER. 2 THUMBS DOWN

Had a horrible experience at this shop. I bought horizon forbidden west since its part of the black Friday sale and sifu and the newly employe with red hair didn't put the disc inside of the games that I bought. I hope this issue can be resolved soon but so far I've had a bad experience

It can be difficult to get through to them on the phone, better to go there in person. The store is clean and organized, employees are friendly and really helpful.

I was Literally blackmailed into buying extra accessories in order to buy a PS 5 . I was told that if I do not buy the extra game and extra controller that I will not receive the PS 5 I want to purchase. Considering there was no add, no promotion, no information on my receipt about this bundle. I can only assume that I was blackmail in order to boost the store sales. I feel completely extorted over this !!!!

I asked them about returning a DS because I thought their 14 day return policy applied to pre used systems like they do their pre used games. I can admit I was wrong about their return policy and I didn't even give attitude/argue it. But the manager acted like I lined up their entire family in front of them and assa$$inated them. A simple no would have sufficed. Reminded me of why stores like these are going out of business.
