Wow wow wow. Delicious meals. Perfect for the whole family. I love the option of having it for lunch or dinner. I am able to share the diner options with my son which helps make diner preparation go by smoothly and efficiently.

I'm so happy I found Golden Goods! I have tried a few meal prep companies, but my family likes this one best. A great weekly variety to choose from (lunch and dinner size options available), nicely packaged, easy delivery with options and great customer service. Would definitely recommend - a big help for busy weeknights!

Started using this service when my wife got pregnant with our 2nd child. We needed to find a way to save time, without sacrificing the quality of our food.Must say, at first I was skeptical after my experiences with other services, but those hesitancies were quickly put to rest!The meals are healthy, fresh and taste amazing! Selection is awesome - which helps as I'm pretty picky! And the ordering process - is it ever painless!I'm hooked!!

in the 5 months I have been ordering from Golden Goods I havent had a meal that was less than simply scrumptious . The breakfasts are tasty and filling.The salads help me get through the day and the dinner size portions never leave you wanting .( the sweet and sour meatballs were a palate pleaser). Corey is very responsive to my requests and the deliveries are extremely punctual.Keep up the excellent work.

I’ve tried many meal prep services in Montreal and was always left dissatisfied with the quality of the food but golden goods takes it to a whole new level. The food is always delicious and the service is impeccable! Hands down the best meal prep service in the region.
