Good selection, good prices. I feel its lost some stars because we did not feel welcome (the lady working was on her phone the entire time on a personal call) and then when we were looking at the crystals at the back of the store where its set up, we were told we needed to be quieter because there was a healing session taking place in the back room. There were no signs posted and we were talking at normal volume. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and will not be back. I'll instead spend my money at TAP in fort langley or Marks rock on in abbotsford. Unimpressed.Jill, we had been in the store over 10 minutes before you so much as said hello. And my children were speaking at a normal volume, perhaps in the future, you could take advice and there will be a sign warning people to mind their volume. Its your choice to run a volume sensitive session in an open to the public storefront.

Absolutely love this store. Jill has some of the best prices, and amazing pieces. She is nothing but friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The healing room is definitely an added bonus with the store. I love coming in and enjoying the warm welcoming atmosphere this new store has to offer. I've been coming in since 2021 and have no intentions of going anywhere. She gave my friends son a beautiful tumbled crystal when I brought him into the store. 10/10 would recommend anyone here.

This is my go to vitamin store. The owner is super knowledgeable and friendly. A surprisingly good selection of teas too! Haven’t been able to find hibiscus anywhere else.

This is an amazing store. Jill is so knowledgeable and super friendly. We live in Alberta but make sure we come to Rustic Roots whenever we're here. Beautiful selection. Love it!

An amazing place all around!! Very reasonable pricing, large selection and amazing customer service!! My boyfriend and I are here atleast once a week, we love it!! Jill is so friendly and knowledgeable she makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable!
