Terrace Hill Medical Centre (Management Office)(Not Doctors Office)

The building is great. I've been coming here since I was a baby for my doctor!However the walk in is horrendous. Very bad treatment. The receptionist was extremely rude!! I'd rather go to ER!

Been a customer here for 20 plus years, I won't go anywhere else. It's great to have such a good rapport with a pharmacist who truly cares.

Great place for my medical needs. No waiting. In and out in 10 min.

Went here for the midwives. They're all very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend to all and would definitely use their services again.

These people are heartless evil jerks!! If I could leave zero stars I would! I didn’t realize that the parking lot wasn’t the hospitals which is a reasonable mistake and I’m sure I’m not the first person to do so, was spoken to like I was scum, made to take my very sick baby in to use the ATM, as the machine doesn’t take debit or credit, then waited forever to buy Tylenol (as I needed to break the 20 for parking) despite no one else being in the building and there being 4 workers chatting behind the counter. When I asked for help the woman didn’t even look up from her book! Every single person I met here was rude and unhelpful. I won’t got there ever again!

Great staff. Great Dr's. Very clean . Opens right on time.

Very clean..but receptionist not inforcing all patients to wear masks. It is posted on doors to do so.

Have been to this office few times with my daughter, very friendly reception. Doctor Liu has been very helpful, never busy, small waiting rm. Helps alot eith my daughter and her anxiety.

The staff treated me and my sick daughter amazing. Thank you for your kindness
