Worst service ever. Pedicure NOT done like a pedicure should be done. No cream to soften cuticles. No massage. The full spa pedicure took 15minutes. They file nails AFTER gel is applied. The worst pedicure I have experienced in 20years of doing them. Will not come back. First and last time. Run!!

I’ve been going there for a while, and they are definitely not the best salon by far, but for someone with severe adhd who can’t remember appointments to save her life, the fact that they are a walk in service is sooooo convenient for me. Also, I guess the cleanliness and service could be better, but they are quite cheap, and I’m usually satisfied with my nails when I leave. They’ll last for up to a month but I usually get them filled in every 2-3 weeks. So yeah… they are definitely not the best, but I also like them very much for some obscure reason. Haha!

I went there, always such a bad service. They start, don’t even ask me what i want, she cut one nail, she asks me if the length is right, i tell her no, i want them longer. She ignored me and continues cutting them too short. If i’m paying for a service, i want to at least get what i want. Also they always look unhappy, and do not care about their clients. Then you have to wait for an eternity only to get the gel on your nails. They don’t get happier with time… When she started painting them i showed her what i wanted and she just straight up said no. I asked her why and after a long sigh she started doing them. She kept rushing me and telling me to be faster. Their technique was bad and the final result was nothing like what i asked.The only good thing about this place is the 5$ discount when you’re a student. Really not happy with my experience, will not be returning.

I went there quite a few times and loved the prices and the quality of the nails! As for customer service, there is a definite language barrier, but overall it is easy to communicate what you want done on your nails if you provide a picture on your phone or anything like that. I payed 30$ for my acrylic nails that last me for about a month. They have a discount if you’re a student so be sure to check that out!

First of all the nails don’t look anything like the picture I showed them. They were in a rush because the store had closed 5 minutes ago but that’s not a reason. Second of all they have the worst costumer service, as soon as i came in they say me down and started without saying anything or asking anything then they talked bad about me in their language with each other. Plus all of this they charged me 50$ for these nails. Never going back again. ( I’ll put the picture of the nails I wanted and the ones I got)

I've been there three times, and always loved the results. Missing one star because of the language barrier and lack of communication, but if you bring a picture for reference, its easier to get what you want. The service is cheap and well done, but avoid their busy times!

do not go there. Overwhelming chemical smell (ive been to dozens of nail salons and never left with such a headache). I called to schedule an appointment and was told i didnt need one , to just show up. When i got there they said to sit down it wouldnt be long. I waited 40 minutes without anyone saying anything about how much longer the wait would be. I left after 45 minutes of waiting. Rude staff.

Always get my nails done here depending on the time and day you go it might take a while before you get them done. I recommend going when it opens. No need for appointment and pretty good service.my nails lasted like almost a month I think.

I had my nails done not even two weeks after cracked and this is the second time. I do not recommend other places stay for a month minimum.
