Motorcycle stalled out on Hwy 1 just outside of Hroseshoe Bay. BCAA claimed Mr tow would be 40 to 45 minutes. Conner From Mitchell’s Towing was there in less 25. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his equipment, and took care while securing my bike and releasing it upon my safe arrival home. Conner was friendly and polite. I would call Mitchell’s for all my towing needs…!

Even though they were slammed, they were able to accomodate us at 2am on a Saturday! A tow truck arrived in no time and the gentleman with the long hair did a stellar job of towing my undrivable vehicle to the desired location. Thanks so much, guys!! Keep up the amazing work!! :))

Absolute thieves. They stole our work vehicle at sent us a notice 3 weeks later to claim the vehicle. When I came to claim the vehicle they wanted $1300. I’m not sure how their business is even legal.

My vehicle needed towing from North Van to Vancouver but due to bridge delays and major traffic jams I had to wait until the next morning to have it delivered. But Mitchell Towing had great customer service and apologized for the delay. Their tow truck driver was efficient and courteous and had my vehicle delivered in the early am. Would definitely recommend this company!

I called in for a tow today in North Vancouver and their dispatch team was pleasant to deal with and the driver arrived within the hour. He was very careful with my father's vehicle and the whole process was very smooth. I highly recommend Mitchell's for this service.

Used Mitchell towing today and was very impressed with James. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me when we got to the mechanic. He was also training someone and I could tell he had great attention to detail and was very knowledgeable and careful to tow our car properly. I would definitely recommend the company and specifically James

Management is not sincere. My vehicle got a minor damage during towing. I tried following up with them on email. They first replied to me, saying that the damage was not consistent with being caused by towing. But then I replied outlining why their logic was incorrect, and at that point they never even replied back to me. They were not interested in the truth. Their philosophy seems to be ‘we’ll get away with it if we can’.

I had a terrible customer service experience at Mitchells. They were extremely rude when I asked any questions, they initially overcharged me by about $200, and when I pointed out the mistake, they were very hostile and irritable. It made an already stressful experience 10 times worse. I would caution customers to double check their bills before paying.
