Not my regular branch, had to drop by here cuz I needed an emergency appointment and only this one was available ( I know now why)The person I spoke with gave me incorrect information about my mortgage, screwed up my amortization period, and essentially left me more confused after the meet than before I met them. The worst part was the employee gave me incorrect info instead of admitting they weren’t clear about my mortgage situation and referring me to someone else.Avoid going here unless the world’s on fire and this is the only bank branch remaining.

Great experience!This morning i come pay bill and the girl help me very quick. She is so nice! I dont know her name just remember she wear a purple blouse with the pink nails. She made my day! Thank you!

It's extremely hard to reach anyone through phone and the staff are nice but so completely incompetent. I had to book an appointment with an advisor, but the front desk said their system was down. They said they would book me in when it's up and give me a call to confirm. Almost a week later, I still haven't gotten a call. I tried calling for two days and finally got a representative, only to find out they never booked me in and instead booked someone else in my slot, forcing me to rebook.They also lost a cheque for me that was mailed to them. I've called in, the agent said they would check the mail and call me back by the end of the day. Surprise surprise, nobody ever called me back and when I called in the next day, the agent had no idea what was going on.Seriously, don't bother coming to this branch. They're making me consider transferring banks altogether with their inability to do anything correctly.

Drive through bank machine refuses cash deposit for 6 months. Useless telling staff. They simply don’t give a care. Still spits cash back out.*** Kori, work toward a resolution? Fix the machine was not clear???

Came in to increase my daily withdrawal limit, Farha informed me that my limit was more than I had thought and that my account was still stuck on a youth account. It’s been 3 years and she was the first to notice this. I also brought in a large change collection, which she expressed genuine gratitude of the fact I had it all rolled up. She was extremely personable and kind. Thank you to Farha for my best experience at a TD branch in my 7+ years of banking with TD.I would also like to add I’m impressed with the system they have for these covid times, you can check in with your phone once you get there and they text you letting you know how many people are ahead of you and keep you well updated!

never get TD Insurance as their are the most incompetent company you will ever half to deal with.

Horrible service and blatant racism towards their clients. Do not recommend coming to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The cell phone verification is very difficult to use and now I am locked out of all access to all accounts due to a change in my phone number. After 30 years get rid of this bank. Banks can afford staff, yet it is a revolving door of inexperienced people. Do it yourself online unless they lock you out. Shameful.

On Saturdays, the branch is always short staffed. Line is usually 7 to 8 people deep with wait times upto 20 to 25 mins but they only have 3 counters open when there are 6.Guess keeping customers waiting is one way of achieving record profits every year.
