RBC Royal Bank

Poor communication by advisor at this branch and RBC. It took months to sort out a simple credit card issue. Despite telling me they will reach out, there were zero follow-ups/ communication with me on all occasions.

I have never had poor service at this location. That staff are friendly and helpful. I have also not had to endure long line ups like at other banks

Absolutely terrible service. Came in needing a bank draft and they had it in the vault. The other teller was helping someone do such a petty job by adding his phone number to his account...

Had a stopped payment come out even after I paid for it to be canceled. Also had fraud charges on my credit card. Went down to the branch and Amy the manager was extremely rude and treated me like I had done something wrong. Take your buisness elsewhere.

Have had nothing but problems with this bank. Latest incident was I went in to deposit money into my account for my line of credit payment that was due in a couple of days. I couldn't find my client card and wasn't sure where it was, they asked for my driver's license to look up my account. They told me I didn't have an account with RBC (great, does that mean I don't owe them anymore?!). I told them I absolutely did have an account and had for quite some time and they insisted that I didn't. I took all of my cards out of my wallet to look through them again, the teller actually reached over and said maybe it's in here" and tried to take my DL and AMA card out of a pocket where they're kept separately. I asked them to look my account up in a different way and they refused

Utterly unhelpful. Over priced for trash service.

This is the best branch that I have dealt with. Whenever I have questions about anything I get a quick and easy answer. I ended up switching from TD to RBC, due to RBC having better bank accounts but also I find I get to speak to professional people who speak my language fluently. Which is very important to me when I am paying a bank to hold my money.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank at the front desk. Somehow seemed inconvenienced by asking to drop off a deposit since I forgot my deposit bin key....yet there wasn’t one customer in the entire place. Was going to complain to the manager only to find her to introduce herself (Aimee) as management. Very rude, unorganized mess....3 weeks waiting on a corporate credit card and unable to even tell me it had been ordered. Take your business to another branch.

I agree with the reviews here , it is terrible service . Employee here does not know what they are doing they need more trainings they only small little things they always say I have to ask my manager . They scrutinized you they do not screen you when you need your funds . Slavtna sorry not know the difference of protection and discrimination.

Fantastic service at RBC in Clearview Red Deer today. Dannielle helped us open an account, we had many questions! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Really appreciate the high level of service she offers and her bright presence.
