Dont let the good reviews fool you! My husband and I had nothing but issues with this place. It all started with him trying to obtain a payday loan. We brought in everything he needed but when we arrived Jessica" said that wasn't good enough so we had to drive an hour home to get more info and this is after we already called and asked what we needed a head of time!Then they wouldnt loan us what we needed because we are new customers..My husband had issues with his phone because it was being repaired. It had minutes and she could call it but no apparently she had to physically see it..? Like what a joke! Says nothing online about needing your phone present. Then I tried to get a loan and i brought in everything and again called ahead to confirm and you know what response I get when we drove all the way there? She takes one look at my husband with me and says "do you and your husband share the same phone" I'm like "yes we do" she then hands me back my paperwork with a grin and says "we cant accept that phone number since your husband has it on his file with us so I can't help you" and we had the phone there since it was now fixed for her to see! I said thank you and left but scoffed at how unbelieveable all this was. After two days basically wasted for nothing! I highly recommend you go to Cash Money in Kingston. They are quick

I went into cash max the other day and had amazing service! The location was in a very convenient location near my house and easy to get help. I believe Jessica was the employee who helped me out and she was great. In hard times like this it’s good to know that I can get the help I need from such helpful workers!

Friendly, fair and understanding staff and a great personal atmosphere, much better than the clinical feeling of the big chain loan places. Would recommend if you need some cash.
