Buzz Bingo Surrey Quays

I have been going to Buzz bingo(previously Gala) at Surrey Quays for years with my family.I /We do like going, the staff are friendly, Walter, is very helpful along with all the other's.(more staff definitely needed though)I have some constructive criticism and hope the owners take note.1=The electronic touch pads (Surrey Quays) are in a state and they need to be updated asap as the battery is always low(on all of them) and you miss your game halfway through as the screen goes off. Member of staff not always around during the game when this happens .You then have a long walk to go back into the foyer to find a touchpad that actually works(this shouldn't be happening, not for the money you pay)2=When the customer's pay £30plus for the electronic pads only to be told the full house prize for half the evening is only£25? needs to be much more than this to make it worthwhile for the customer's . ,Alot of people are complaining saying it's not worth it for them now.3=Table top games used to have a fair amount of buy one get one free game's, now, it's mostly only bonus button games or managers specials which are of course more expensive. .Buzz bingo can be an enjoyable night out but it is worth the owner's taking these points on board as alot of people are saying the same thing.

Was robbed on the till, paid 52 for gold and national and 20 to put on my account for food. Paid 72 cash. There was no money on my account for food. Went to speak with her and she said oh well. You must have only gave me 50. Not impressed at all.

Took a group of adults with learning difficulties/ disabilities to the lunch club bingo session. I want to give credit to Alex who made our experience amazing! He was so patient, friendly very attentive, he basically bent over backwards and made our experience as inclusive as could be! We will definalty return with more of our service users, Thanks so much Alex!

Friendly staff and cheap bar.Number callers would benefit from allowing a few seconds in between calls. Way to fastThere's some food which is standard but decent enough if you want a quick bite to eat.

There not uniformed in there service lack of staff both in the main hall and machine area. One of there own main hall staff had to find some one to deal with a machine i was playing on and the male manager at the time did not seem that bothered this was yesterday. Most of them do not wear ID tags so you have not got a clue who you are talking to. They need to brush up on there CR. These comments are aimed at the Owners Buzz Bingo not the staff ...Employ more staff,They need to get some new mechanical machines the 3 orange clock and the rest of them are being repaired with cardboard and sellotape the staff do what they can to repair them i have lost money playing these machines due to them not being reparable It's not right customers spend a lot of money on these machines and the owners should make sure there maintained properly or remove them ...

Go regularly on a Weds. It's a bit quiet but still fun. Bar is good value and the food is fine.

Nice staff, money could be better considering the price you pay, I think this depends on how many people are present on the night.Suggestion - Music should be played when games aren't being played. It's a very awkward silence when there isnt many people in.

Today I Write This Review. Because I Thought This Feedback/Review would Be Helpful towards Other People/Members. My Local Club is Derby City & I Visited This Club a Few Weeks ago & I Must Say a GREAT Big Thank you to ALL the Staff & Customers. I Felt that this Club was Very Welcoming & The Atmosphere here was Fantastic. The Manager of the Club Susie was Really Helpful & Friendly towards myself - We Had a Lovely Chat & it was Really Nice to Meet you. I Hope tp Come & Visit Again when I'm Next In your/Local Area. PLEASE Keep up the Fantastic Work at Surrey Quays. Once Again- A Very Great Big Thank you.

Love taking mother here - grew up locally and mother still lives locally so is always a fun visit and and old school British night out. However what makes this place great are the staff and especially Walter. He’s so friendly, patient and at every visit always upbeat. Cheers Walter for amazing service and personality.
