I would highly recommend eating here if you're looking for somewhere that'll give you great food, amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere!Edit - in answer to your reply, I was there for a pre ordered family dinner of lasagna, which was fantastic by the way, but that being said, I didn't get a chance to see the menu. But I can say, the lasagna, ceasar salad and garlic bread were fantastic!

I checked the reviews last night before deciding whether or not to eat at Rolling Hills. Mostly it sounded good but one person complained bitterly.The place looked so beautiful, I chose to try it. I was craving tomatoes so I specifically ordered the Greek salad to see if it was as bad as the complainer said. Au contraire! It was the best Greek salad I have ever had, loaded with fresh, crisp veggies and a heaping dose of feta cheese with a delightful dressing of some sort. I was tempted to lick the bowl right there in the dining room to get every drop, as I had the front room all to myself, but I refrained as there were other diners in the next part of the restaurant and wouldn't want one to walk out and see me.I directed my attention to my side of white rice. The rice had also received a complaint in the complaining customer's review, but I found it to be as light and fluffy as any quality Indian or Asian restaurant would serve. Jasmine, I think?When I ordered the rice with soy sauce, I was asked if I'd like Dr. Bragg's Liquid Aminos or regular soy sauce. I about leaped from my seat for joy as I had never seen Liquid Aminos in restaurants but have been using it at home for decades. I actually ordered a second bowl of rice for dessert, along with a beautiful orange cup of organic chai which I refilled multiple times with hot water, cream, and turbinado sugar because this place is too nice to just gulp and go.This is the first time I have ever reviewed a restaurant. I hope to return in the daylight to see the winter version of the scenery I have seen when visiting the resort in summer, and to try more food. I will update if and when I do.I almost forgot to mention that the staff were all warm and attentive, with great senses of humour.Ten stars to Rolling Hills!

I'll definitely be back! Rolling Hills restaurant hosted a number of meals for us while we stayed at the Spruce Hill Resort. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. They were also able to accommodate dietary restrictions which was much appreciated. Can't wait to visit again!

4 of us had dinner at Rolling Hills last night, enjoyed an evening filled with great music (Pete Thorne) and fantastic food. I asked ahead of time, if they could put together a dinner salad with salmon, which was not on the menu - the owner and chef came through with flying colors!! What a great addition to the area, we will be back this weekend for brunch. Great work, you are a much needed resturaunt in our area, fine dining and close by. Cheers Brian

Wow! What a place! I didn't even realize there was a restaurant here until a friend mentioned it as we were driving from Williams Lake to 100 Mile the other day. We stopped in so I could see as I didn't believe him, and I am fully impressed by it all: the gorgeous log building, the views of rolling hills through big windows, warm wood furnishings and even an elegant antique chesterfield, music not too loud and just right, the place is tastefully decorated for Christmas season, staff members are kind and helpful, and the food, oh, the food! Best meal I've had in a long time. If I'd had a camera with me, I would have been photographing everything. Will definitely be returning for pictures and for more delicious food! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went there with my mom who was visiting from the Philippines last year when we were passing through the area, and they wouldn't let us eat indoors. It was take-out only. We were on the road in a small car and didn't want to eat in the car so we left to go find food elsewhere.Then I found out there are new owners this month and it turns out one of them is an old friend of my brother. Small world! I went in for dinner with my sister on our way to Vancouver from Prince George and we were impressed. Everything and everyone made it a 5-star experience. The Hawaiian Tropical pizza was perfect.I look forward to going there again to try some of what I saw other customers having on their plates.

Love it here. A beautiful secret. The food is amazing. The atmosphere and owners are perfect. Their vision is inspiring. We had a wonderful evening and can’t wait to return. I just read the other reviews. I would also like to give 10 stars. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the flavours of the entire dish complimented each other perfectly.

Lovely & cozy place located on the grounds of Spruce Hills Resort. The atmosphere in this heritage log home is really the best in that area.It's our absolute favorite to go place when visiting the 108. Brunch, lunch & dinner we tried it all! The delicious food is freshly prepared to order, and they don't just have pizza, but an eclectic mix of dishes with daily specials to switch it up. Stuff is very friendly & especially Cam also very entertaining! Come hungry and with an open mind and you won't be disappointed!

The brunch was incredible, I don't think there is a better Benedict anywhere within 100km-200km range. The members lounge is also going to be interesting. I'm excited to have a place to meet and gather to discuss the Garden Parties!

Very beautiful place. Great staff great good. Pleasant experience. Prices where very good as well :) will deffinitely come back
