I have seen Dr Hancock on several occasions and he and his team have provided excellent service on each occasion. His communication is excellent and I feel comfortable with his expertise..

4 cancellations same day no notice...Now has disappeared from practice!

I saw Dr.Hancock for botox and was very upset by the experience. He appeared to have a significant hand tremor. When he inserted the first syringe between my eyes, it wasn't a smooth insertion but more like a jackhammer movement. The syringe slipped and left a 1 inch scratch between my eyes and botox dribbled down my nose. The Dr. dabbed it up with some gauze and said nothing. The next injections were also very shaky. I was scared and very glad to get out of there.

Book elsewhere, I have had 3 appts booked with this guy and he has been a no show everytime, the doors locked , receptionist couldn't get ahold of him , nobody called to rebook my appt , I have spent over 3 hours traveling to appts with him , booked time off work and wasted a bunch of gas ( which isn't cheap these days ) , you owe me atleast two hundred dollars bud . Close your practise if you can't show up , can't imagine the thousands of dollars wasted between all his clients having to travel there for him not to be there . Guess I'll try to look else where for someone to tell me if I have skin cancer. Thank you dr Hancock . What a joke this guy is .

THIS MAN NEEDS TO RETIRE. I came in for a routine mole removal. Although my skin was frozen, I could distinctly feel his hand shaking. I had to go back a second time to have more taken off, and that was even worse.. the incision became swollen and painful because the stitches were so tight, and a month after the procedure, a small piece of stitch that had been missed finally projected from my skin. I now have a horrible scar because of the length of time this “simple” procedure has taken to heal. I just wish I had read the reviews before I went in..

Dr. Hancock has treated my skin aesthetically for 15 years. He is wonderful. I have seen other providers as well and Dr. H is far superior. I always look natural, and feel beautiful after seeing him. So glad he is back in Victoria!

Fantastic dermatologist. He was so lovely, an active listener, very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. I always get a bit nervous going to specialist appointments because you wait so long go in and hope they’re nice but he was really incredible to work with from start to finish. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. Thank you Dr Hancock!

Twice in a row I showed up for an appointment to a closed office with no notice.

I've been a client of Dr Hancock's (when he's been available) for approx. 5 yrs. In the beginning, at his other location and pre-pandemic he was professional, courteous and very effective. That is absolutely not the case any longer. At my recent treatment he was unable to locate my previous files so we had to start from scratch. His hands shook terribly (not great for an injector) and he dripped product onto my face. When I went in for an expected touch up, what he planned to administer changed at the time of injection and when I questioned it he became irritated and said he 'wasn't prepared to explain himself and he goes by instinct'. As a paying client, I expect not only courtesy but transparency with the dosage particularly when you're paying by the unit. I think it's time for the Dr to move away from injections. Absolutely cannot recommend.

Dr Hancock was a pleasure. Got an appointment within the week with no crazy wait times. Very pleased!
