I brought in my water damaged cell phone to have my data recovered from it, and even though my phone was severely damaged, they were able to recover the data for me so I was very happy because I thought it may have been lost forever. They took the time to help me back everything up properly onto my laptop, which took more time than I thought it would but they were very patient with me and wanted to do the job right. The staff was very friendly and I was very satisfied with what they charged me. I highly recommend this place and would give them my business again should I ever need to.

Went in with a laptop that had a completely stripped screw (basically a circle). Fully ran out of ideas and didn't know what to do, was starting to think the screw would never come out. They managed to get the screw out very quickly, not only that but the case and the screw hole were still perfectly intact so I could get a replacement screw or use a different one! Extremely friendly and casual staff! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going again when I have tech issues.

These guys are great. Brought my Bluetooth speaker in for a look because it wouldn’t charge. They got it to on the spot, wouldn’t charge me even though I insisted on buying something. If I ever need anything repaired, they’ll be my first stop.

When I contacted them regarding a phone screen repair, the individual who answered my call demonstrated exceptional knowledge and politeness. They made every effort to assist me by extensively searching for alternative sources that could provide the required part at a lower cost. Unfortunately, they couldn't find any viable options. Although the repair turned out to be costly due to the specific type of my phone, I appreciated the pleasant conversation and would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

However, they solved my issue on-site and seeing as how it was a simpler fix than I imagined, they didn’t even charge me for their help. I recommend their services to anyone.
