I can't say enough about this place! The person I dealt with -- Dan -- was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being really good to deal with. He was very good-natured and patient as he thoroughly explained things to non-technical me. Dan went the extra mile to recover almost all the files from a physically damaged hard drive, and I also bought a new (refurbished) laptop. Six stars!

I came to these guys for help twice and I couldn't have asked for better service. They served me right away, they efficiently figured out what the problem was and fixed it. The owners are both really personable, friendly and aim to please. They gave me great free advice on Windows 11 and other apps. And I noticed they treated all the customers who walked in with kindness and respect. A local business that I will definitely continue to support!

I went to their store this morning just after 10 am. I asked James if they were busy and he said very. I told him I really needed my computer right away (like he's never heard that before) and he took a look and he got it fixed right away. It took about 15-20 minutes. He didn't charge me. I cannot express how grateful I am. I needed it right away but thought there was no way that it could happen. I am still smiling. James made my day and restored some of my faith in humanity :). They are only a 10 minute drive away but I would've driven an hour to go to their specific store. EXCELLENT SERVICE and it's not the first time that I go to them. It has been now 5 years I use Spark’s services to maintain or repair my devices( PCs, Macs…). Every time I went there, I was satisfied by the quality and professionalism of their services. More recently, I was offered a tuneup and an increase of Ram with an ice on the cake: free advice about a better web browser to use given the type of my daily work.
