Sunglass Hut

The entire team helped us find different looks and styles. They were incredibly patient with us and super supportive as we tried to decide and commit to spending a decent amount on sunglasses. Overall they were great and made it easier than it would have been if it was just us trying to find good sunglasses on our own.

If we can give a negative score, we will. When we entered the Sunglasses Hut Langley store, all the staffs were talking to each other, not paying attention to us customers. There were still at least 20 min. before the store is closed, some of the staffs have already left work. After we purchased the sunglasses, there were still 11 mins before the store is closed, but the staff did not give us a case for the sunglasses. We then asked them about a case for the sunglasses, the staff just shook her head and said she will give us a paper shopping bag. We then left the store, there were still 10 min. left, the staff had left with us with her packed bag and the garbage bag. Wow. ALL of them have time to left early, but NONE have the time to find a sunglasses case for us. The sunglasses cost $288, + tax is more than $300! We went to other Sunglass Hut stores, the staffs are all helpful and friendly, and found the case in 5 seconds. We cannot believe such a huge difference between the stores! Are they the same company? We were very upset and unhappy. AVOID THIS STORE.

My mom and I walked in to check out sunglasses Tuesday afternoon (May 10th, 2022 around 2pm-ish). We weren't greeted as we entered the store. The asian lady looked up at us and continued staring at her phone screen behind the desk...A minute later, she asks if we're looking for anything particular?". My mom responds with a no and we left shortly after. We were the only ones in the store and she demonstrated poor customer service. One of the main reasons why we didn't purchase anything is because of how we were treated. We decided to purchase from another location instead.I'm sure there are more important things to do than scroll through Instagram and text during your shift. Please do better."

Excellent service. I went there to give back my newly bought sunglasses as I found that there is a father day discount for the same item online. Then the shop owner / sales person solved that issue and provided me 20% discount on already purchased sunglasses. Saved time and hassle free !

Covids changed the way we do things.I bought sunglasses today and there were 2 staff members working. One was working at the desk/till and one gals job was to sanitize the glasses that you try on.I felt bad trying on so many glasses that she had to wipe down but when your spending a chunk of money you just can't hope they perform and look stylish.Experience felt a little rushed but was good. It's my third pair at that location so they must've done something to keep me coming back.Prices have crept up a little but I think that's everything with this pandemic.

The staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. The selection was great and the the pricing was good!

I won’t give them even a single star. Worst customer service ever. Policy on website says you can return product to any location but unfortunately, you cannot. Do not even waste your time at this store. Managers needs to be changed and staff needs to learn more about policies. Never ever in my life I will ever go to this store to waste time and money…

Tried contacting the store through the phone number posted online and via the Mall website. (Attempted 12x) Continuously got a busy signal??!! Why have a number posted if you’re not going to answer the phone??
