Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service. When our coffee maker started brewing coffee all of a sudden that tasted burnt/bitter I called for help (under warranty) and it took me 7 calls (I kid you not) to get a mailing label/box sent to me to send the machine in to get fixed. Fast forward a few months and the machine is doing the same thing again - burnt, bitter coffee (after trying various brands). I called customer service, to which they told me to purchase the beans directly from their website to see if that helped (ridiculous in my opinion- it’s a coffee maker, I can use store bought beans). I declined and then they recommended I go on video call with them to which I did. They explained the coffee maker seems to not be dripping properly (shocker, not a coffee beans issue) & that they would mail out yet another mailing label/box to get the coffee maker fixed. I was out a coffee maker for almost 2 months the first time I sent it in to get fixed & assuming this time will be no different. 4 months without a coffee machine? No other option . Not impressed to say the least. Stay clear of this company if you can.

We purchased an espresso machine with built in grinder (ESAM4400). We have owned this machine now for 13 years and for the first time has needed repair. I have friends and relatives that have purchased other brands at higher costs and have had to replace their machines twice. The quality and durability is impressive. I was also able to find videos online and repaired the machine myself and it is now working like it did when it was new. I would highly recommend this brand.

At the start of Covid we bought a DeLonghi La Specialista online through the Bay. It's been working great but a couple of months ago it started displaying some weird inconsistent errors, like not grinding and not frothing the milk.I contacted DeLonghi support and went back and forth with for that last month and half. They wanted a proof of purchase so I forwarded them the email confirmation I got from the Bay.They kept replying that they needed an original. I told them that's all I had but they didn't care. I told them they were useless and to just send the information for the nearest service center so I can pay to have it fixed....they did not reply! They just don't care about their customers!

Bought a portable ac unit and it's causing the breaker to blow in house. And if turned on high, it over heats and the compressor shuts off. Have been using it for less than 2 months.. They better refund my money or fix it for free, once I get a hold of technical.

I purchased a portable air conditioner, when the unit arrived, I realized the venting part is cracked. Contacted Delonghi, and they told me to cut the cord and send them picture of the cut cord then they will send me the replacement unit. And I am told that I am responsible for the cost to dispose the non functioning unit and don't send it back to them. As a customer, why should I be responsible for your company's defected unit? I don't recommend purchase anything from delonghi!!!

Started my warranty claim in July and I still don't have a replacement or refund in December. This is absoltely unacceptable level of customer service. I really wish no one buys their products and have the same headache.

Zero stars. La Specialista Maestro. The one delongui water filter does not fit into this water tank. We have contacted multiple customer service reps and done the required video feeds. One said pull the blue tab off. One said put it in upside down. One said it should work and sent a new water tank which changed nothing. Yes it’s been full of water when installed the whole time. One sent a new filter thinking maybe the delongui filters on Amazon are frauds - they’re not. They’re exactly the same. I asked for a refund and complained and the main lady helping me washed her hands of it and said to call someone in the US. Instruction manual is abysmal and most reps are going off it. The buck keeps being passed. Been going on for many months. Finally the machine no longer works. Video feed customer service said they’d send a mailing label and box. I sent the proof of purchase immediately to the email she sent me. It’s been a week with NO response. I will never buy delongui again, basically out over a grand. $$$

What a disappointing and hopeless support. I recently purchased COM532 model directly from De'Longhi Canada. I am having issues with the frother. Followed everything as per manual, but no luck. Trying to contact their customer support to request an exchange, given it has only been 15 days. It is appalling to see zero support and no response with phone call. Never buy directly or any product from this company.

I ordered Pinguino DeLuxe PAC EX390LN 700 sq ft Portable Air Conditioner on May 14 and received it on May 21.However, when I opened the box, I found out that 2 out of 4 wheels at the bottom of the unit were broken. I contacted DeLonghi right away (on May 21) through email. Emails were sent back and forth and it took more than a month to discuss this issue. Today, June 27, after waiting 2 weeks since the last email I sent, I called the customer services phone line and waited for 40 minutes to talk to a representative.I asked about the solution for the broken wheels as I waited for 2 weeks since my last email was sent but have not heard anything. The representative was nice and she tried to help me. She apologized for this negative experience; however, she suggested that they would send two wheels as replacement parts to my house and I had to put them on. How could I do that? This unit is big, bulky, and very heavy. It's almost 100 kg. She suggested that I lay the unit on the floor sideways and replace the broken wheels. According to her, it's easy to do. As far as I know, the air conditioning should stand upright; it's not supposed to be on its side or upside down either because of safety reasons. Also, as I told her that this air conditioning is very heavy, how could I lie it down on the floor and lift it up again? Then she suggested that I lean the air conditioning onto the couch and with one hand holding the unit and another hand replacing the wheels. I refused to do so because first, I am a small person (only 52)

Bought a 2k product 6 months ago, the bean grinder has already stopped working. Why is it that we have to call day after day to get them to go through the process they promised. I had to call once to trouble shoot, again to follow up on a follow up call they said they would make. Again to get the email to confirm my purchase. Again to see where the shipping label is. And frankly to those considering this brand. Dont. Go for the cheaper but superior customer experience Nespresso. Customer support is in the states, while they have a HO in Canada. Worst experience for a product this expensive. Brad Pitt really shouldn't endorse this product.
