The Doctor and his staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. This has always been my clinic for yearly vision check up. I highly recommend this place. Everybody’s amazing!

The staff at the place I visited were extremely friendly. I had to go there for an emergency appointment, and they were very accommodating, considering my situation. Additionally, the doctor was exceptionally kind and pleasant.

Dr. Scheuerman Is amazing. He was so kind and understanding of my anxiety around the eye doctor. The whole team was supportive and it felt like they genuinely cared about you as a person. Definitely recommend going here!

My husband saw Dr. Morrison for the Lipiflow dry eye treatment today. The whole staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Morrison and Brenna were very knowledgable and explained things well. If you suffer from dry eyes, especially here in Southern Alberta, we highly recommend Dr. Morrison and her exceptional team!

Had an issue following recent Lazik surgery. Couldn’t make it back to Calgary for several days to follow up with my eye doctor. Walked in without an appointment, saw Doctor Dave about 20 minutes later. All tests were done by friendly technicians who clearly knew their stuff. Doctor Dave met me after the tests and explained the issue as a temporary common event after eye surgery and that my eyes were healing correctly. Good news for me and on our way in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an eye exam!

Not happy with how long everything seemed to take. I went for my regular eye exam and it seemed fine. I was told the perks of buying my contact lenses from them rather than going to my usual coscto because I was told if something went wrong with them or I ripped one they would replace it or help me fix it. A couple months into my new contacts I noticed I was having troubles seeing but I was quite busy with work and the holidays that I decided to wait and deal with it in the new year. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the specific contacts I had opened so I tried about 2 or 3 pairs before giving up on them. In January I went back to the optometrist to have my eyes checked and was told there was something with them and they would figure it out. I had to pay the $35 fee for a prescription change (even though I had just had it done at the same place in September) I went through quite a few trials and had a lot of appointments from the beginning of January to April. One of my trials they ordered was completely wrong as my axis is 90 and they ordered 180 so I couldn't even see with those. The optometrist was very kind and apologetic for the amount of times I had to come in for the appointments but it still seemed to take forever to fix it. I have worn contacts for 15 plus years and never had an issue like this. Once we did figure out my contacts, I was called and asked if I wanted to finalize and of course because I had already spent almost $300 on my contacts and was told only the UNOPENED boxes could be returned. She told me they were going to order me a years supply (which I had always said I was just going to replace the boxes I returned) so even with that I was to pay more money as they are a different brand... I was not happy with this as it seemed to go against everything that was said before I bought them there. Needless to say my experience was really bad and I will not be going back as the whole thing was very irritating and incredibly time consuming.
