Hosted my staff Christmas party at Get Cooking and it was wonderful. Kathryn was easy and amazing to work with. Her team and she made delicious food. The space was a perfect place to have a private function. I would highly recommend her and go to her again for an office party or a cooking class!

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Kathryn goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is wonderful, and her knowledge and skillset goes unmatched. You can tell she cares about what she teaches, and her style of teaching is both inclusive and thoughtful.My skills in the kitchen are definitely ‘first-eliminated-Hell’s-Kitchen’ but every step of the way, Kathryn is there to not only help guide the process, but explain the methods behind it as well as teach simple tricks to use at home!I will most definitely be returning and can’t wait to book in for another DELICIOUS meal. (I didn’t even mention how good the food was because that was an afterthought to how great the class was)Thankyou Kathryn, Farrah and Owen for a memorable night!! :)

A hidden gem in the heart of downtown! Recently went here for my friend's bachelorette party and had THE best time. Staff were phenomenal and we got to make Thai food from scratch. Very affordable for what you get. Highly recommend!

My daughter bought us a class as a Christmas gift and it was the best gift under the tree. The entire process from start to finish was very organized. Kathryn does an incredible job including everyone in the class and demonstrated each dish as we moved through the evenings menu. Kathryn’s ability to manage a class of 8-10 all with different levels of cooking skills and the way she timed all the dishes is really quite amazing.A great gift idea, or just treat yourself to a great evening and be prepared to dine on some amazing food that you created.Our evenings dinner attached in photo.Rod Bobke

I bought this cooking class for my husband as his Christmas present and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere is great, the food was incredible and the instructors were so easy going. Kathryn was great, she gave us tips to making the recipe easier when we were cooking at home by ourselves. She also recommended where to get all the ingredients locally which is so helpful when learning a new cuisine. I am also gluten free and everything in the Thai class was gf which was great! My husband and I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely recommend the in-person class to anyone looking to celebrate a special occassion or simply spend the evening among a great group and the incredible chef! The class can extend a bit longer than advertised but for all the right reasons. The chef is welcoming, highly skilled and trained. Our portions were generous and even a little tough to finish, which is never a bad thing! Worth every penny.

Our team participated in a class as a team building event and it was absolutely fantastic! Kathryn made us feel like we were all professional chefs! She created a wonderful Japanese menu, showed us a lot of tips and tricks, assisted everyone along the way, and the food we made was so delicious. Highly recommend any of her classes, we had a blast!

Oh wow I don't know where to start, Kathryn and Addie are just awesome. I attended a team building cooking class here at Get Cooking where we made Thai curry, this was delicious.Online and in person classes are available, check them out, you won't regret it.

We booked a private class for a teambuilding exercise. Kathryn was able to accommodate our dietary needs and create an exciting Japanese menu!The pace was fantastic and allowed people to be involved at their comfort level. The food was absolutely delicious and more than plentiful; we all had a to go container to take with us.Highly recommend for any work teams looking to do something different and fun that can accommodate all physicalities and abilities.

Kathryn is personal and makes the experience inviting and comfortable. Great atmosphere and amazing food that is doable to recreate at home. Highly recommend.
