Brosco Concrete

I hired Brosco Concrete last fall to complete a side patio on my house. I chose to wait until the spring to have it installed. Note my issues are not with weather problems causing delays because those things happen.My major issue is lack of communication. Schedules were set, changed and cancelled without a word to me as a client, at times I'd call the main office asking if they were showing up and even their main office thought they were working on my project.Due to weather factors it took a few weeks to complete the job, unless I asked questions no information was given to me. This caused an issue where they poured and stamped my concrete, then couldn't seal it for weeks, a tree dropped a bunch of stuff on the pad which caused it to absorb into the concrete and stain it. Short of a power wash attempt nothing was done to fix this, my mother and I literally scrubbed the concrete as much as we could to clean it up, but you can still tell there are green stains on the concrete. If something as simple as someone telling me this could happen I would have bought a tarp, or been outside sweeping the concrete off multiple times a day to help out.When pouring and stamping the concrete someone decided to pour it all the way up to the bottom of my side door, this resulted in the fact that my side door opens 90 degrees as any further and it hits the concrete patio. This should have been checked and tested during the pour. I've pretty much been told there is nothing to be done and I should switch the way my door swings or put a door stop into the concrete to stop it from trying to go too far and rubbing the concrete.Nothing was really cleaned up, I still have a pile of stuff I am now cleaning up myself that was dug up when they were getting the area ready for the pad. They also decided to clean their cement mixer on my front lawn, they tried to clean it up as much as possible but I still have concrete in my grass. This should have been done elsewhere or done in a spot for more easier cleanup.The owner is someone I wouldn't want to deal with again, I had posted an earlier review about the communication issues, this resulted in the owner calling me and yelling at me over the phone ordering me (and in my opinion bulling me) to remove the review. I ended up doing so only because the work hadn't been completed yet.

Terrible make sure you live within 60 KMS contacted them around a month ago and they set a time/date for a quote assessment knowing my address for a certain date called and left message to change it to tomorrow then just received voicemail telling me a long story about now they can't come tomorrow because of x reasons well I guess you should have known that a month ago now I more than likely won't get the job done this season. Don't waste your time.

We had sag of concrete around our pool and had Brosco come out to appraise the situation and book a time to do the job. Due to the aged retaining wall, we were told ahead that it might not work 100%. We decided to let them try. Craig and Jody arrived on time and began the tedious work of void filling to lift and secure many slabs around the pool surround. The men worked at a steady pace and we were amazed at the results. At first it looked like the retaining wall would not hold the polyurethane, but, the men said they had a few ideas as to how to solve the problem. They did! The clean up was done, the small holes were plugged and all was left neat and tidy. We couldn't be more pleased! Thx for all your effort and care put into this job.

Recently completed a beautiful stamped patio and sidewalk with Brosco. The entire crew paid attention to detail and our satisfaction. As responsive as possible during the busy season of an extra busy year. My experience with other businesses we contacted for quoting this job was disappointing as we had to chase for prices and follow-up.No corners cut when excavating, forming, stone, remesh, pouring, stamping, and sealing. And good followup to correct any minor details we saw afterwards.Great crew. Will contact again when it's time to do my driveway...

I would highly suggest you NOT use Brosco Concrete for any foundation/concrete repairs or basement waterproofing. I cannot speak to their work on doing concrete sidewalks or driveways. However, they have no clue what they are doing when it comes to fixing a water leak from a cracked foundation. Their work was extremely sloppy as you can see from the images. They spent several hours performing an epoxy injection which did absolutely nothing and did not fix the water leak. Brosco Concrete came back to try and 'fix' their first terrible injection, with a second injection which was even worse. Also, they only offer 1 year warranty for foundation repairs that is not transferrable to a new home owner if you sell your house. All other competitors in the area offer 10-25 years of transferrable warranty. I had to get an actual professional to come and fix what Brosco Concrete failed to do twice.The owner of Brosco, Marco, said he would come take a look at his own worker's work and inspect the repair, and he never came or even contacted me for that matter.Do not use this company for fixing your cracked foundation. It will continue to leak. I am extremely disappointed with my service from Brosco and I will not be referring them to anyone.

The Brosco concrete leveling truck arrived in our driveway a few minutes ahead of the estimated time and with their hoses over 300 feet long, they easily reached our backyard pool area. Stan and Alicia worked very professionally with experienced precision. The many pool deck slabs on one side of our 18 x 36 pool were expertly raised back to level. Stan suggested we look into caulking the cracks to prevent further erosion, so we booked that with Brosco for a later date. We are very happy with the results.

Colour me impressed! I've had stellar Brosco results and service before, but this time takes the cake. I asked for a quote for a small job, and Ian was good enough to point out that rather than spend the $1000 I'd anticipated, the job was something I could do myself with $15 in materials.There is a lot to be said in this day and age for the recognition that ethical behaviour just makes good business sense. Do you think I'll bother calling anyone else next time? Why would I risk my money with someone else?

Please refer to pics. I’m the neighbor of a Brosco contract. As I approached my house, I opened my garage door. But, my driveway was blocked (as you can see). No problem!! I did not expect the gentleman to move, I get it, they have a job to do and I am sincerely cool with that, But!!!, he never even looked up. He did not acknowledge my existence as a fellow human being! I had to park in front of my neighbour’s house with a dog and a van full of groceries. I had to make several trips back and forth! NOT A WORD of simple courtesy from this guy!! Had he said, ANYTHING, I would have been “no problem dude”. They remained there in front of my house for an additional 50 minutes. I’m truly sad that people treat others like this. Especially when surrounding neighbour’s could be future customers!

Just completed a large concrete project July, 2021. Driveway resurfacing, walkways, patio and new drainage system. From rip-out and forming right up to stamping and sealing the concrete, the Brosco Boys were punctual, hard-working and truly professional in everything they did. Marco was very accommodating, patiently answering all questions and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Brosco for any concrete work small or large! Forza Brosco!
