With over 300 units in my bldg, any deficiencies are logged, scheduled and updated using an app.Oscar responds quickly, coordinates with a trade, if needed, then schedules a time for the repair.He’s always on time as well as courteous, pleasant and does a great job at the repairs. He’s a professional.I had a deficiency that took a few months to get approval from the trade. Oscar was there throughout the whole process. I’m a Realtor in Squamish. I have sold a number of the BlueSky Properties at Sea and Sky in Squamish. Yesterday I met with my client and with Ermilo Martinez (Customer Care Representative) to do a walk through of the property. I’ve done a few of these walk throughs now and every time I do I’m incredibly impressed by the level of detail that goes into them. Often with other developments and/or pre-sales there are large numbers of deficiencies but having done this a few times now I can confidently say that BlueSky and their employees do an excellent job of handing over a property. It’s nearly impossible to find even the smallest deficiencies on a walk through. The process is always smooth. They are well organized and they create an excellent experience for the Buyer. Ermilo deserves kudos as well. Over all top notch service.

Ermilo showed us around our new place and was absolutely amazing! His attention to detail was impeccable. He was thorough in explaining everything and very friendly. We are very impressed with the professionalism that we have received at Bosa. From the start, Chelsea has been incredible on the sales side, guiding us through our purchase, and the quality of the product itself we are extremely happy with. I have purchased pre builds before and none of them have had the same quality that Bosa offers. Lastly with Ermilo guiding us through our home and explaining everything, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Oscar came to our place to take care of a few things that needed to be fixed. This guy is not only good in what he does, but he is also very friendly and efficient, and this is a very important additional value that Oscar brings to the company. Great job!

We have had a few deficiencies that required attention in our suite at Lougheed Tower 2. Kevin was responsive and ensured all were handled in a timely manner. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. His attention to detail and clear communication has made the experience a pleasant one.

Purchased a unit in one of the BlueSky developments and the experience has been fantastic. These are the reasons why I have provided a 5 star rating:- units are designed to be lived in with the layout maximizing space. Example is the built in dining table in the kitchen island for 1 bedroom units.- decent sized balconies- good amount of elevators (3 for nearly 40 floors). Only reason this becomes an issue has been covid and when open houses and moves occur at around the same time- deficiencies are addressed efficiently and effectively. Oscar has been amazing.-good soundproofing. You can still hear some sounds, but I rarely hear anything other than if someone drops something or they are vacuuming-amenities make the place more livable and convenient. There is a large fitness centre with a variety of equipment, a gym for racquet sport and basketball.-security as the building has a concierge in place around the clock
