I highly recommend this centre to any trauma survivor. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, resourceful and accommodating. I’ve been doing therapy for almost 2 years and have made so much progress, and am continuing to heal from all the trauma. I swear my therapist is an angel sent from heaven! she is so fantastic and helps me tremendously. I appreciate her more than she knows!!

Daniel is simply put, outstanding. From our very first couple's session- Daniel has provided a safe and open space for my partner and myself to work on our relationship-- and they have provided heartfelt and wise questions every step of the way. Daniel has a way of weaving in compassion and creativity into our sessions that provides joy, hope and possibility for growth. Daniel has a gift in their ability to attune to clients and gently draw attention to what is showing up emotionally/physically during the session. Daniel's presence-minded approach means that every word we say is heard and considered part of the world-building we are doing. We could not recommend them more highly. I know Diana as a colleague who I often refer clients to. She has been nothing but amazing with my referrals and helpful to them. I often go to her with questions around sex therapy and she gives practical feedback and advice. She is so passionate about her work you can tell the moment you meet her. I take a lot of pride in my work and I would only refer out to someone I truly trust and Diana is one of those people in my network that I feel confident sending clients to!

David Carlson is absolutely incredible! In all my years attending counselling off and on, he is hands down the best, most effective person I have ever seen. He has helped me process and work through certain challenges in a mere session or 2 that other counsellors haven't even touched in months worth of appointments. I cannot recommend seeing David enough. Everyone deserves a therapist this wonderful!
