We had an exceptional experience using KG Stevens for our new quartz kitchen countertops. From the first point of contact, they were super communicative and so quick to respond to all of my questions (I was getting email responses within 1-2 hours, if not within minutes). The whole process ran so much smoother and faster than I ever expected - what other companies were telling me would take 6 months, they completed in 1 month, for a more competitive price. Our house is 24 years old. This year we decided to update our out-of-date kitchen. The biggest part of our update plan was to replace our old Formica countertops. Our kitchen has a large amount of countertop area especially when combined with the laundry room and a butler’s pantry. Working with KG Stevens was great! They have CNC equipment in house to accurately cut the countertops to size. I found them to be very competent and professional in all aspects of the project from Jason our sales person, Mitch our project manager, Kevin & Andrew the rough prep carpenters, the crew that installed the counters and the crew that came in and installed our backsplash. Everyone that worked on the project was an employee of KG Stevens. We had some areas that took some finesse: a desk with cabinets mounted on top of the existing counter top and a multi-step window sill. These challenges were handled with no problems. The project came out looking fantastic. KG Stevens is a sure thing for counter tops.

We very recently had countertops installed for our master bathroom update. Luis, Scott and Pedro did an outstanding job! We also found them to be courteous, friendly, respectful and well qualified for the job. Thank you K. G. Stevens!

Our countertop installers (Kai, Allen, Keyron) were prompt, professional and courteous. The installed countertops look beautiful.Our full height back splash installers (Phil & Steve) were also prompt, professional and courteous. The full height back splash completes the overall look.Austin who did the measuring was also professional & courteous.The sub contractors for the electrical and plumbing work were also very easy to work with.Last but not least, Justin our salesperson was very helpful in guiding us through our decisions.

From start to finish, our experience with K.G. Stevens was easy, affordable, and we are loving our new powder room countertop and sink. Salesperson Charlie was helpful, not pushy. Project coordinator Mitch communicated dates and times so we knew what to expect and when. We appreciated the coordination with Seider plumbing which proved to be efficient and reliable as well. Tear out of the old unit was so fast and quiet. And lastly, Phil and Steve were here to expertly complete the project much to our satisfaction. This project was small but we were treated as courteous as if it were a major project. Thank you K.G. Stevens. We will be happy to use you again.

Jerry, Nate T and Pedro did a very excellent job on our counters. They were very professional, answered all my questions and as I said their work was phenomenal. I would not hesitate to have them install for me again.

Everything was well executed starting with the sales rep. Our project was well organized and completed flawlessly. Kevin and Andrew removed our existing countertops efficiently and returned when the project was finished to make a few minor adjustments.
