They helped me diagnose the problem with my truck after I changed a hose. Front desk was welcoming and the guys working were very educational with the way they explain the problem. I live in surrey and would go there just because the service was excellent!

My car was overheating & they took it in with no appointment and replaced three parts. Gave me a loaner so i could get to work during the days that it was in the shop. They offered me a good deal on the parts/labour. Good service & management. During a stressful time they made it better, i recommend.

Every time after I sent my Mercedes C300 to this place did regular maintenance service, my car had issue. No service, no problem. After service would have problem.This year after completed service “A” maintenance package, my car start complaining coolant level is low. I send my car back, asking them why after service my car is now complaining coolant level is low? Isn’t service A including check coolant level? Jenny told me could be there is leaking. (Well, no service no leaking, right after service there is leaking?). Then Jenny asked a mechanical worker checked my coolant level. The mechanical worker checked and told me the coolant level is right, it is at the marked line. But looked myself, the level is at least 1 inch below the marked level (the white color plastic should be covered by the fluid). And I also said now the car engine is warm, the level is not very accurate, if the engine is cold, the fluid level could be even lower. But this mechanical worker says no, the cold or hot engine doesn’t matter. ???? Does this guy really know what he is doing? The coolant tank cap clearly marked do not open the cap when engine is hot, hot fluid can stream out can cause injury. Finally Jenny agreed topped coolant to my asked level. Since then my car has no more complaining coolant level low.I had one another bad experiences in the past, also right after did a maintenance service at this place, my car start showing a yellow icon indicate engine issue. I send my car back to check. I was told the issue is with my exhausting system, but can’t tell what exactly the issue is. I need pay for further check. Well, no service no issue, just right after the service, issue appears. I can’t check root cause of engine issue myself, so I didn’t post the issue until now I had the coolant level issue which is so obvious. I won’t send my car to this place any more.

I'm not very experienced but they seemed very friendly. Service was professional. I did not end up leaving my car to be fixed because the issue was more than I had planned on but they were very nice about it and let me leave my car another day so I could get a tow home. Would definitely come back

2005 Porsche Cayenne SI started out with just getting an oil change but decided from that experience with being given quotes prior to starting the work, that this is the company to do my ac rebuild and my brakes front and back. The girls at the front were so helpful.The company will get my business moving forward.

Super lame customer service and ridiculous price! They lure you to bad deals by making fake promises and claims. Last year I bought tires with rims from them and not until they all got changed then I realized the sensors were missing. I was told to pay extra $400+ to install the sensors! when I questioned why they didn't tell me the price quoted not including sensors, they were like why didn't you ask!" They then promised free tire change in the future to ease my anger. Yesterday I went for my tire change and they all lost their memories and treated me like I am a total liar! They wanted to charge me $30+ per tire while it only cost $10+ at other auto shops! Congrats you are losing a long term customer! I will never ever go back to this place!"

The staffs there were extremely friendly, especially Jen! She helped me to understand some of the services by explaining the procedures. She was super respectful to customers, and the other staffs also provided professional service. I would definitely visit again.

For Porsche owner with Central Locking wheel.I bought 2x MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 4 S BSW 305/30 R19 102Y and 2x MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 4 S BSW 235/35 R19 91Y for my 997.2 4GTS from Blackcircles.ca The manufacture date is May 2021. The price is good and the communication is excellent. Thanks Edward Batangan who recommended the install shop which has new tire tools, Hunter, to deal with my new tires. The technician, Jeremy, lubricate the rim's center rings, torque my wheel to 440 ft-lbs, back it off 1/4 turn and torque again at 440 ft-lbs while the car on the lift, off ground! If you own a P with center locking wheel, you know what I mean. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and nice to deal with. They know what's they are doing. A+ service. Highly recommended

They will add stuff onto your bill without letting you know know until ita time to pay. If your not asain there is a good chance they will rip you off and mis inform you for something.
