They have been helping my Dad after he had a flood in his basement!! They have gone over and above to help!! I live out of town and have been awesome at keeping me in the loop with everything!! Thanks so much everyone at Field Plumbing!!

We had Field Plumbing and Heating come to our house to look at our furnace as it would not cut in and it was cold in the house. It was after hours, but they were able to come out right away. The service guy comes in the house, checks the filter, pushes the reset button and the furnace kicked in. He then leaves, after being there 10 minutes, and we received a bill for $261 plus tax, total $274.05!I called to see if they could give us a discount on this bill as he was only there 10 minutes, and I was told very rudely that they charge $261 for after hour calls whether they are there 5 minutes or an hour and there is nothing he can do.He said he was the general manager, so I am thinking he could do something about the bill. He sternly said that is there policy and he could do nothing for me.I would NOT recommend Field Plumbing and Heating to anyone, unless you want to deal with a company who will rip you off and say it is just their policy. Very poor customer service. He did not even ask if they were able to fix the furnace, or if we needed to perhaps look into a new furnace. All he cared about was his immediate need of getting his outrageous bill paid. No consideration of future business ( which there will NEVER be) or the consequences of his actions getting spread all over social media so others know how Field Plumbing and Heating take care of there customers. Worst experience ever! I hope this gets out to any person who may be considering them for any work, so they can change there mind before it is too late.I wish we had found someone better to deal with.

My water heater blew. They came the next day and took the old one out and installed the new heater within a few hours. Very professional service and great techs! Thank you.

Great service preformed on the water heater in my home, would definitely recommend them to familly and friends

Guess you wouldn't call it great, while I was on a trip to Edmonton, my wife called because of a leak in a pipe they installed when they installed the water heater last year. It was a Saturday and the plumber came and checked it. He had to go back to the shop for some half inch pipe and two ninety degree elbows and a coupler. I have never heard of a plumber that didn't carry the basic plumbing supplies in their truck. Got the invoice and the parts were $4 , taxes were $31 and overtime charges for a Saturday afternoon was $276. This is what I would call gouging on a large scale, they will never get my business again. They are too many decent people out there that care and don't charge overtime for hours when they list they are open.

Need a part ? If they don't have it they will get it for you super fast

I called Field because I was having a problem with my Navien water heater. I spoke with Dave the owner and he suggested what I could try on my own to fix it. This didn't fix the problem so I booked an appointment. We live over an hour away from Moose Jaw. A journeyman and a helper showed up exactly on time, were masked and very polite and professional. They came with all the parts required and had the problem fixed promptly. We were very happy with the service and will highly recommend them to friends. We will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

Dave Field and his team have always been very reliable. From the beginning when I was first building my house and sent out requests for estimates, Dave was the only one that called me in and took the time to explain everything in detail, with all the available options. I was extremely happy with the home installation. Over the 20 years I have lived here whenever I had a problem, which was very rarely, I could always speak to Dave directly, and he would always massage the schedule to fit me in as soon as possible. Field plumbing is one of those rare companies that actually cares about customer satisfaction. Dave, thanks for all your years of faithful and dedicated service. I will miss not having you as my HVAC and plumbing contractor of choice. All the best. Michal

Big shout out to Fields Plumbing and Heating from Moose Jaw for coming to Assiniboia and installing a furnace hot water heater sink and taps for my parents within a week of them phoning them!! After waiting 8 months after numerous trys to get the locals out to even come over and do a quote!!
