Just had a great first-time experience with Kamloops Insurance for online renewal of our ICBC vehicle insurance. Shout out to Graham Pereira who handled our request at the end of his day on Sunday when other brokers were closed and we needed to get our vehicle on the road for the following day. Efficient and pleasant.

Update 12/07: Changed from 1 to 3 stars. I did receive an emailed quote - rushed mind you. The quote was for the wrong amount requested, and I had to ask to have it redone with the right amount. I then received a phone call with an apology for having missed my email requests.Original 11/28: Emailed for an insurance quote on Nov 1. Was told they were quite busy, but they'd get back to me in the next few business days. Followed up myself on Nov 8 as I hadn't heard back from anyone. Still haven't received a quote, and its now the 28th of November. Will update my review if anything comes of my quote requests.

I visited this place.yesterday I went in trying to insure one of my many vehicles and have insured at least 2 here before. Person helping me asked for my documentation having none he Said it would be 15 dollar search fee ? I left because I have never been charged that fee the kast time I was there. About 150 feet out of the store he comes after me to tell me they will only charge me 5 dollars no thank you I said,it is the principle I will be driving to another establishment.

Since moving to Kamloops 6 and a half years ago, I have dealt exclusively with Kamloops Insurance. Their staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have to single out Angela as she has helped me on multiple occasions and has always gone the extra mile for me. No need to go anywhere else!
