Dr. Mahjabeen Ammad is one of the best family doctor I ever had.she is professional, knowledgeable and caring. She is so hardworking who never stop helping people even during the pandemic. She will send the electronic prescriptions to any pharmacies. The staff are friendly especially Doris who is very smart and efficient. she is not a good doctor. dosen’t has clue about client cantered therapy. always rushes and never listens. time to change to another doctor!

She is one of the worst doctors I have met. She is very rude, unpassionate and uninterested. She rushes and doesn't let me finish my sentence when explaining my symptoms. When I told her that I am in intense pain, instead of examining and determining the cause, she sighed and told me to go to the ER! Being released without any help, I had to go to a walk-in doctor to get the required examinations, where I finally got the comfort of being respected and taken care of.The south asian receptionists are also quite rude and demanding. Once when giving out a referral, they told me to find the address and the fax number of the doctor's office, although it is their job to search for it. My friend told me that they had similar encounters as well. I once had to stand and wait for the receptionist to talk to me, because she was busy texting on her phone for minutes.

Dr Mahajbeen Ammad is our family physician and I must say that she is a brilliant doctor. I am from a medico background and I know how doctors work. She is very knowledgeable and her diagnose is very good and to the point. I am sure most of the ‘google’ patients get frustrated when they ask hundred thousand useless, unrelated questions and expect her to reply to each n everything and she doesn’t. Learn to trust your doctor. Afterall 30-35 years of knowledge and hardwork are definitely better than few hours spent on google.

I wish I could give 0 starts to Dr. Ammad. My mom and I were both their patients. But I changed to another family doctor because she wasn’t listening to me. She wanted to prescribed me antidepressants without seeing a psychiatrist first. Telling me that all my symptoms where in my head. I changed family doctors and my new family actually listened. After 2 years now I know what I have a condition in my heart. Now to my mom, she has been rude to her lately, because of language barrier. We are in a immigrant country. Everyone has an accent. Today my mom called me when she was with her at her office “the doctor was yelling “go find a doctor who speaks your language” mind you that was really unprofessional for her to raise her voice. Dr. Ammad rushes their patients all the time.

She is very impatient and rush you out of her office. She does not listen to your questions and shows very bad temper. And her accent is really hard to understand but she seems that she does not want to explain to you if English is not your first language. No respect to her patients. Every time I went to her clinic, I felt terrible all day!
