Worst customer service ever!The sales lady was beyond rude because after waiting over two months, we couldn't just drop everything we were doing to go in for service that day.The reception even threatened us to 'justshred the insurance cheque' if we werenot interested in getting the work done.Took them forever to order in the parts, then got mad at us that the part that came was the wrong one. Waiting yet again to get another part in and it was faulty. Finally get the correct part in, then get talked to rudely. And now we will wait yet another month or more to have the body work done.Absolutely ridiculous.Would not recommend this place to anyone for any type of work.

Brought my 2017 GMC Canyon for body work. I have a very tight schedule, Darcy was very accomdating. The vehicle was brought it in on Wednesday morning and he promised it to be completed Monday afternoon. He worked late and returned it to me Friday of the same week. They returned it all cleaned up and they did a great job. Thanks Darcy, down to earth person and did a great job.

Brought our vehicle into the shop after we got our driver door bumped by the bottom/middle. Dropped it off at 8:30am, said I didn't drop it off until lunchtime. Took 57 hours for it to be ready to be picked up, twice the time we expected. Went to pick it up, seemed fine until I noticed that the door buttons did not work any more and the window buttons pushed in and the other stuck upright. Upon checking, the two front window buttons would not move, the mirror adjustment did not work and neither did the locking buttons. I got two different stories from the workers that did not match up and they would not take responsibility for causing damage to my vehicle. I was very upset at the poor customer service.
