Lovely Nails

So rushed. I had three nails that still had polish on from the place I went to previously, which she charged me $5 to remove. My polish was see through so I asked for another layer (before the topcoat) which she was not happy about. When I went to pay she stood and hovered over the machine and asked how much I was going to tip her. Super uncomfortable. I gave a 10% tip which I felt was generous based on the experience and the work that was done, she didn’t like that and didn’t even say thank you or goodbye as I was leaving.

Honestly one of the WORST mani-pedi experiences I have ever had. I was charged $75 dollars for trash service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE.GO anywhere else or do a better job at home by yourself.My toenails were not cut, nor was there any care to the nails on the feet. My feet were quickly and lightly scuffed and my toes were then quickly painted. when I left there was plenty of dead skin and callouses on my feet that I had to go home and remove myself. My manicure took a whole 5 minutes and you can see the photo for the quality. I didn't want polish and they seemed SHOCKED which im now thinking was because they wanted to cover up the mess they did.I was charged $75 dollars for trash service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE

I have going to Lovely Nails in Lethbridge for 18 years. They are very talented and I have been extremely happy with their products, with the customer service, all of their employees are very good. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t experienced the manicures, pedicures, nail care, everything they do with pride. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

This is the only salon in Lethbridge that charges a fee to remove the gel before they started my pedicure. Not a very personable atmosphere, the staff speaks a foreign language making me feel uncomfortable. I won't be returning

Worst place ever. The sign says fill ..$20 and pedicure $35 the girl told $5 extra for the color I wanted. APPARENTLY NOT. It's $5 per nail or color NOT INCLUDED. So I pay 73.50 for messed up nails which I'll have to pay someone else to fix and my spa day is completely RUINED.Don't go here unless you want to be over charged for BAD service

Honestly the worst experience I had. My nails are bulgy and uneven. I had to go home and file it to get it even. She did 3 layers and asked me if i want more. All of them kept talking to each other making me so uncomfortable as it look and sound like theyre gossiping about you. She kept insisting on doing pedicure which i told her no twice.By the time i have to pay, she'll be looking at me and the machine if i'm going to tip her. I went out and felt like she followed me. (Or maybe its just me)

Worst and most expensive color change I have ever received. They charged me an extra 10 dollars to remove my nails because they weren't originally done there. No manicure or extras, basic color change was $36.
