Amazing yoga instructor! Breathe work sessions are outstanding. Hot yoga is fantastic!!!! Nothing better than a hot, sweaty yoga session in the dead of winter. Love the classes at Gama !

I first visited GAMA and met Monica two years ago. She immediately struck me as a very compassionate caring person highly motivated to helping people deal with severe chronic pain. She is outstanding and the studio is stunning. With many classes to choose from and the newest technology products available to clients, this is a great place to explore.

Ive had amazing experiences with Monica! She is very thorough in her instructions and takes her time to help me when I need to modify movements. Shes even gone above and beyond to teach me about stretches I could do to alleviate tension in my back from a car accident. She’s knowledgeable and well-informed! So grateful to know her!I highly recommend her for her sound healing also! That experience took me right out of my body and into another dimension!Thanks Monica, keep doing what you do!

I have so much gratitude for Monica and all the other shiny happy instructors who teach classes at this beautiful and amazing yoga studio in Alliston! I was new to yoga 4 months but decided to visit Gama to help aid my recovery after a having injured my back and shoulder at the gym. Now after having discovered Hot Baptiste Yoga and Inferno Pilates classes at Gama, I never want to (...or need to) go back to the gym! If you're looking for a low-impact but intense workout that helps you increase your strength & flexibility and lose weight, you must give this studio a try!
