I Had an appointment on the 8th of December the staff i met stated she will call within two days with an answer, today is the 15th of December she never returned the call. I had to call the branch ask for her and discuss my matter.Not so surprised since lots of businesses can drop from a high performance super service to the lowest performance and weakest service.I am taking my decision within the coming days not to change branch but to change the bank.No more TD may be you need to start taking real care of your customers.Regards,

Oh what an injustice to such a conveniently located branch!! From tellers to branch manager, one trumps the other with their incompetancy. Tried to overly charge me on a fee without reviewing all the facts.. and this is the 2nd time in the last few months. Shoutout to my local branch at Markham and Lawrence for shining above all..

Very cooperative staff. Great location. Enough space for customers. I need to make a wire transfer, but the tailor guy directed me to a different counter. I waited first to reach the Tailor guy and then had to wait for the person to help in wire transfer. Last time, a different branch, everything was in one place. The branch nust train the staff on all kinds of customer service. Yanique was helpful to make the wire transfer and also told me that I had preapproved over draft limit.

Absolutely TERRIBLE bank, wait times on the phone is 1-2 hours easy. Try to resolve it in the branch? Oh sorry we can’t help you with that, continue to hold on your phone, lol.Banking fees are some of the highest.I’ve opened another account with no fees and finally moving on… check out Simplii Financial, save your time and money!

I called to make an appointment. I left a message and they got back to me the next day. And planed a appointment promptly.Based on previous review I read I didn’t think they would return my calls.The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable.It seems that what ever costumer service issues occurred at this locations have , there’s has been a change.Happy with the service that was provided

As things have changed and we are no longer deep into the covid crisis, I'm disappointed that TD has not returned to the hours of operation that they were before.One of the main reasons for us to switch to TD is the longer hours and that they are open Saturday and Sunday.I feel that it would show that they care about the customer by returning to the longer hours.

Worst experience ever, talked with Lead Associate Kelly Harrison and she was extremely rude talking, she said TD customer service online are giving incorrect information and only branch know what is right to do and behaved rudely and HUNG up call on me. I would say TD complaint department should take strict measures to educate such staff how to talk with customer. Branch manager is never available in branch or on call to talk, worst staff ever

Why are the doors locked for the ATM now? May 2 2023. You charge me service fees for a service i can't use. People work outside of your banking hours and need to access their money and make deposits. Either put back the card door access or move a ATM machine to access from the outside. You raise fees all the time and claw back services at the same time. CASH IS STILL USED IN THE WORLD.

I believe the manager's name was Kelly? I have not met a more empathetic human being than her. She was extremely kind and caring and showed true humanity towards my request. A fax I needed was urgent and TD showed true kindness. I am proud to say that I bank with TD after this interaction.
