I got a flat tire today in Toronto Downtown and contacted Toyota Roadside assistance which send Shawn Ghayoumi to help mw change it. He quickly helped me and was very polite and supportive. Thank you so much for your assistance, Shawn! I would recommend this company.

Very good service. Shawn arrived within an hour after my initial call.Promptly helped with my battery issue which was a battery that was dead after I had been away for a week.As the battery had behaved in this manner 3-4 times previously in the last few months, he helpfully ran some diagnostics and showed me (what I suspected) that my battery quality was no longer any good. (Honda would have charged me $170 for a diagnostic on the battery).I made a decision after he left to replace the battery which is a AGM 47, he sourced the battery and returned a few hours later to replace the battery and take my old one away.Very impressed with the service, pricing was reasonable.Would definitely recommend and use again.

I got to say Omkar came to the rescue for me. He was fast and diligent and replaced my driver front tire real fast. Thank you Omkar once again.

Omkar(Ostin) , provided us world class service after three other people fail to open our vehicle. He got this brand new Ford F150 opened in less than five minutes. The other guys had worked on my car for two hours.AAA what’s a called aAA roadside comes with my highest recommendation you will not be disappointed. Thanks a million Ostin!!!!

Had the most upsetting experience on Saturday. A storm blew threw and knocked out all gas stations from my work to my house. I was running low on gas and ran out just before my house. I used Mazda roadside and the guy that was sent was insanely rude and condescending. He went to the wrong address after driving past me twice and told me it was my fault. He then proceeded to tell me how much he was making from the service call and told me it didn’t even cover his gas to come help me and he never wanted to take the job. He was practically yelling at me at the side of the road making me feel horrible about how much money he made. I felt like I had to pay him cash to make up for it. The entire time he filled my car with gas he complained to me about the whole situation and I’ve never felt so embarrassed and awkward. I work in customer service and if I had ever done something like this I would be fired on the spot. I would NEVER EVER. Recommend this place to anyone and I’ll sure as hell make sure to tell people to avoid using this company at all costs absolutely ridiculous….
