Going downhill fast. Years ago, I'd suggest Tuxedo to anyone who asked. The past 2 years have been terrible. I've placed many team orders for apparel over the years for a variety of sports. This past hockey season took the cake. Several teams orders made within our organization went so wrong, it's hard to believe. Orders were completely wrong, items missing, took MONTHS longer than promised to receive and communication and follow through were poor. Minimal, if any, effort was made to rectify the issues, and by the last order I made, I just gave up any expectations I had.I've now sourced a new local business to purchase team related swag/apparel and will no longer support this business.

My go to in-person place for hockey gear, sharpenings, sticks etc. Not usually going to get a deal, but they typically stock the best stuff, and the staff are more knowledgeable than a typical FGL operation. Not as busy as Pro-Skate Shop just by virtue of location, but I think they do as good a job on the skates.

Needed new skate and talked with Ryan about True custom skate, the customer service from this team is incredible and hard to find in retail environments these days. This place is the number 1 place to get hockey skates or anything related to hockey. These guys are very experienced and are truly experts and will help you with everything you need. I am amazed on the service that you get here and I am very impressed with the expertise! I dealt with a very knowledgeable employee named Robbie. Ask for him when you go! Amazing!

I really enjoyed my experience interacting with Ryan and his staff at Tuxedo Sports. Ryan provided several options for clothing and design to suit the needs of the non-profit sports organization where I volunteer. He has been in the business for over twenty years, which is evident in the way he speaks about trends in sporting equipment. He carries all of the top name brands in hockey, baseball, lacrosse, among other sports at very competitive prices. He can identify differences among brands in simple terms, which makes buying equipment stress free and enjoyable. Based on several experiences interacting with Ryan and his staff, I highly recommend Tuxedo Sports.
