My honda accord windshield got a crack in it and needed to be replaced asap. I contacted the dealership trying to get it replaced asap. From the first interaction Vinny was fantastic. He made the whole repair process super smooth, easy and effortless. His communication from the beginning was on point. He made sure to inform of how the process works and keep me updated during the process. Vinnys high level of commumication really put my mind at ease. Tanya was our sales representative, and she did an amazing job making sure everything went smoothly. She went above and beyond, staying in contact with us throughout the process. Tanya also gave us options and didn't mind when we needed time to make our final decision. The dealership had one of only three Buick Encore premiums to choose from in Ontario and gave us an amazing price. We found the perfect car that had all the features my grandmother was looking for. My friend bought a dodge charger from this place. The dealership's lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning. Performance Honda should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. My friend's excitement for his new Dodge Charger was shattered by this nightmarish experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone.If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Performance Honda. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that will treat you with respect and provide a positive buying experience. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
