My oven’s bottom igniter broke. We called the repair company on Monday morning, and had Jule there Tuesday just after 9am. He was very friendly and efficient.

Highly recommend Liberty! They were able to send a technician to my house the very next day after I called. The technician was super communicative calling me in the morning to book a time and then calling me before arriving. My description of what was wrong with my dryer was so basic and I said it sounded ‘scratchy’ yet Jule, the technician, came fully prepared with all the parts and took the entire thing apart, replaced some rollers and the lint catcher unit all within an hour! Jule even vacuumed inside the dryer and the entire space.So happy with my experience and so grateful my dyer was able to be fixed day off!Thank you Jule and Liberty

Imran went above and beyond to help us repair our washing machine. It was double stacked with a dryer on top, in a very narrow hallway, inside a closet... he could have easily refused the job, but understood our eagerness and frustration. We have been without ability to wash clothes for almost a week, with a toddler at home, and it's snowing so very hard to commute to laundromat. He got the job done within and hour, cleaned up after, helped us put our door back on, and was just overall very informative, professional, helpful and compassionate. Thank you very much. You helped solve a big problem for us. Highly recommend.
