Mr. Furnace was amazing. The entire experience was great. They made dealing with Hydro a breeze and too care of us the whole way. Both of the service workers were kind, polite, and punctual. They got the job done in a timely manner and explained everything thoroughly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team, especially when it’s -44 and we needed a new furnace asap. Would 100000% recommend!!

I personally would never hire or recommend them to anyone. They Overcharged me an obscene amount for mimimal effort. Basically told me to call hydro to finish the job properly.

We had a furnace, a/c and water tank just installed 11/2022.Our furnace was old so it wasn't going to be an easy install. The installers came at 8:30 as scheduled. Very pleasant and professional young men both named Tyler.Tyler who worked on the furnace had to custom fit a lot of the pieces I would have to say he is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work.Tyler installed the a/c and helped with furnace.Mr Furnace is very lucky to have such great young Men representing the company.

So happy with the entire experience. We purchased a new furnace and had our ducts cleaned. Dave walked me through the different options, even came back a second time to re-go through everything with my husband. The install crew was great, they did not leave a mess and tidied up after themselves. Furnace works great so much quieter than the old one. Absolutely would recommend them to everyone.

Contacted Mr. Furnace and had Dave came down and provided a quote. Was on time and gave a great explanation on the service I required. A professional looking quote was given compared to scribbles on note paper I had received from competitors. The price was great and we booked an install. The installation team came on time and did a great job removing the old Furnace and replacing with the new one. They protected the floors and left the site as clean as it was before they came. Great overall experience from the Mr. Furnace team. Would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Mr. Furnace.
