They have tonkotsu, they have shoyu, and they got TSUKEMEN! Tsukemen = separate noodles and soup and you dip noodles! A fun way to eat ramen! Their broth is great and portions for chasu is generous! Most importantly, lineup is not crazy!

We ordered the tsukemen and the side of smoked duck. The duck was delicious and had great smokey flavour. The tsukemen broth was nice and rich, but after adding the cold noodles and cold pork and chicken, our broth was cold midway through our meal. We will try the ramen next time!

Wow, their smoked duck was truly spectacular.. Not only that, the Lobster Ramen was absolutely delicious! I am very happy to have seen the reviews and tried the place for myself. Attentive and kind service. Beautiful looking restaurant.I'll definitely be back! Thank you.

The four stars are for (1) the decor and the spaciousness of the place (2) the light music and the comfortable seat relative to other ramen place. The ramen is different. I ordered the vegan ramen and I don’t like the many deep fried components. The bean curd in the picture of the store front is not deep fried but it comes deep fried. I asked for low sodium but still tastes quite salty. My partner ordered the seasonal yuzu chasiu ramen and he likes it. I plan to give it another try and see how other options go.

The ramen and tsukemen were pretty good. The broths were extremely rich and creamy, so if you like light broths, this place isn't for you. Noodles were a lot firmer than I liked. The meats were tender and juicy, not dry at all. The service was great!

Beautiful interior design and very well lit. Seated after a 15-20 minute wait on a Friday evening for a larger group. Service was great too. The bathroom was also very clean. I ordered the lobster ramen and it was absolutely delicious! The broth had a nice creaminess to it and paired well with the ramen. My friends also enjoyed their ramen.

We were able to get in right away and didn't have to wait long for our food.Lobster ramen:Very rich, fishy, and had the option for spicy is extra(~$2). The lobster was cooked to perfection with a nice torch on top. Lots of extra toppings like corn and seaweed, and egg. We didn't like the flavor of the broth as much as the other ramen. We added on Risotto, which I recommend, however! They use your remaining leftover broth from your ramen to make it.. which is a little bit weird. It wasn't a lot of broth to begin with, but luckily, we didn't eat much of the lobster ramen, so we had lots of broth.Tori paitan ramen chashu spicy shio:Delicious! Rich! Broth was thick and coated the noodles nicely. The meat cuts were extremely tender. I think they might have sous vide it because the chicken was extremely tender and not dry. Highly recommend. Wish there was more broth. The noodles and broth ratio was off.Smoked duck:Must try!!! Tender, flavorful, juicy with a great grill taste.Overall, the best meats at a ramen restaurant. Beautifully decorated and kind staff. The noodles and broth ratio was off but still a very tasty meal. We wish there was an option to buy more broth. We were tempted to buy another bowl with no noodles. Definitely would come back again. If you aren't a huge fan of ramen. This place is different. Because the broth is simmered down to be thicker, I find the ramen more flavorful than other ramen places. The meat as well is a great experience.

Dineout Vancouver menu. The Tori Paitan ramen is a thick and creamy chicken soup with scallions served with house-made thin noodles, super smooth and slightly chewy. The appetizers came in an adorable tray and beautifully presented - though I wasn’t much a fan of the chicken skin dish.
