Had an amazing experience working with Lisa and Jodi at Great Lakes Real Estate. This was my first property purchase so I had many questions and needed a lot of hand holding through the process. They were patient, responsive and helpful through the entire process. I would happily work with the team at Great Lakes Real Estate again in the future.

We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions throughout the process. Chris Boggs, our agent, was amazing! He was always available to answer our questions or to just calm our nerves, when we hit a few minor snags. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Real Estate to anyone. I would advise people to ask for Chris. He always got back to us very quickly, even in the evening or on weekends. On numerous occasions, he went above and beyond to move things along for us or to get answers to questions that had nothing to do with his part of the process. There is no way our experience with Chris or Great Lakes Real Estate could have been any better!!

My fiance & I recently purchased a home and we utilized Great Lakes Real Estate for our realtor. Matt was so knowledgeable & ensured that we were getting something that was worth our money. He was easily accessible through email or phone whenever we had any questions. He did everything necessary on his end to ensure a smooth home buying process. As a first-time home-buyer, our agent, Melinda Wiant, was wonderful to work with. She was professional, personable, and always available to assist us in not only our house hunt, but also the purchasing process. She went out of her way to join us in searching a location that involved quite a drive. She helped explain pros/cons of different houses, as well as traps to be wary of. She focused her search on the specific things that we wanted, even though they were a bit niche. When an arrangement was difficult, she found a way to make it happen in a timely manner.During the purchasing process, she thoroughly explained to us each step in the process, what paperwork we needed, how to make a competitive, but reasonable, offer, who we would need to reach out to, and how to get a quick closing. With any headaches that arose, she explained our best options at breaking the logjam, and was our advocate wherever she could be.Buying a house is a headache and a half, but she eased the pain and helped us find one that met all of our main requirements within our budget. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

My experience with Great Lakes was and will be stellar in the future. Fred Blue was attentive, responsive and carried me through the entire process. The sale was difficult because it was part of an estate. There were conflicts with an estate sale and the house was not as it was in it's glory days, yet Fred professionally pulled through and got multiple offers over asking.Fantastic! This organization and Fred are highly recommended!
