Orleans Quick Lane
Not great, it was the second time in 6 months that our Ford Escape was not safe to drive after being serviced there due to their negligence.The first time my left front wheel came off due to them leaving a spacer between the hub and rim. I could have had a serious accident. The second time they didn't check my tire pressures when putting my winters on. We didn't know and my wife drove 40 kilometers on the Queensway with only 14 pounds in the right front tire.I asked to speak with the shop foreman and was told they no longer had one and I made significant efforts to speak to the service manager and got nowhere.

Pathetic. Showed up on a monday at 3pm. Not a car in quick lane bays at all. Walked in and said perfect! Woman at quick lane counter said sorry I don't have the bodies to do an oil change, maybe we can do it if you come back tomorrow morning? Who would show up at 3pm on a monday to Quick Lane" if they had the time to go back the next morning and leave the car for the day

Dustin was awesome.I stopped going to Quick Lane a few years back because of the old management. So for those of you who did the same thing, you can go back now:) I can see Dustin really making the experience much more pleasant. Kudos Dustin.

It's first come first serve so I'd recommend calling first to see what the lineup is like but otherwise they have a good waiting room and they are typically quick!
