Serenity Spa and Lounge

I had a perfect experience at Serenity Spa and Lounge. The owners are really wonderful people. Moses gave me the warmest welcome and is such a lovely person. Asmeret is such a warm, kind person and is an incredibly talented nail technician. I would highly recommend for a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure experience. I left with beautiful nails, soft feeling skin, and a big smile on my face!

I absolutely adore this spa/salon. Not only is the owner passionate about his business, but is just so kind.My friend and I had called on a Tuesday to see if there was any openings for two facial on the following Saturday. They didn’t have an opening, but they made it work.I got my facial done by Asmeret. She was lovely, gentle and very informative. She did a wonderful job and educated me on how to maintain and improve my skin.I 2000% have recommended them to anyone who have mentioned they wanted a facial and will be seeing Asmeret again in May.Thank you for such a refreshingly pleasant visit. Kind people are in short supply these days. ♥️

It was an absolutely amazing experience. Maria was fabulous! The rooms are impeccable and the service is so great! Maria made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain each step of the treatments I had done. Would 100% recommend for any body, face or nail treatments. Worth every penny!I had a body scrub and wrap, hydro facial and hot stone pedicure done , recommend all the treatments especially the facial!

I had hydrafacials here with Mariya and asmeret and loved it both times. Professional, knowledgeable and really went to town in cleaning out my pores! My face feels lighter and tighter when I leave. Love this place.

I came here yesterday for a 60 minute custom facial and was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received. From a warm greeting to offering to valet my car when I struggled to find parking in the area - it was truly a perfect experience. The facial was amazing and I left feeling so refreshed. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend!

My fav spot for manicure and pedicure in Toronto!The place is always clean and the tools that they use are sterile, which is very important for this kind of procedures. Moreover, the quality and the service are always impeccable! And they make you feel like a very special, very valued customer. Highly recommend!!

Asmeret did an awesome job on my Shellac Pedicure and made sure I was able to catch my train in time. My experience was great from beginning to end. The team is friendly and warm. I look forward to my next visit!

I had really high hopes but our hands and feet didn’t feel significantly different after the scrubs and paraffin. The gel polish on our hands also chipped in about 4 days which shouldn’t be when it’s done right. Quite disappointing.Edit:To clarify, I had high hopes but barely minutes after getting home with no tasks done, there was no extra feeling of softness as one would expect after a spa trip (similar to body massages). However, this didn’t bother me as much as seeing the gel polish getting chipped in less than 4 day with barely any chores done during this time.To their mention of nails being short, I visited with my mom who had longer finger nails and hers even chipped faster and worse than mine. She had also gotten the paraffin treatment previously and had better results. The gel polish she took off before visiting lasted way longer before any signs of chipping. Recall, I didn’t have an appointment initially so personally, I trimmed my nails to get acrylics done. If it this was going to compromise the quality of your work, advising against the session would have been ideal.So to my point, after a long day, visiting your place seemed like a great idea and I left feeling hopeful only to realize the value didn’t meet my expectations. The people on the team were pleasant but not getting the desired outcome has warranted this review.

I'm a spa novice. Esmeret treated me exactly as I'd hoped, with gentle efficiency. I felt cared for in a way that I hope my kids feel. An excellent experience.

I am beyond relaxed and pleased with the services I received from serenity spa, specifically Asmeret and the front desk employee (I forgot to ask his name). Asmeret is knowledgeable, has a soft touch and took special care of my hormonal acne breakout. Also, The gentleman running the desk was very kind and made me feel at ease even when I accidentally booked the wrong date for my appointment. I highly recommend going here as the people are friendly and know what they are doing. Thank you from Vancouver.
