Dr. Good and Samantha have both helped me and my husband so much with managing our pain!Dr. Good treated me during my pregnancy and afterwards, and she has really made a huge difference in my back & carpel tunnel pain, and in correcting an injury from years ago. My husband wasn’t able to rotate his neck/shoulder very far, and after just one session he had full mobility!We have enjoyed both therapeutic and relaxation massages from Samantha, which always leave a wonderful lasting effect on our bodies (and minds!). I have been to SEVERAL massage therapists before finding Sam, none of them come close to her level of expertise.I could not say enough great things about these two, they are an absolute delight to talk to as well; the ladies at reception are also very friendly and welcoming! Don’t go anywhere else, you’ll be disappointed!

I visited Ideal Chiropractic to have my sciatic nerve pain assessed. I was 38 weeks pregnant at the time and could barely walk. Dr. John Shewfelt assessed me and explained what was happening that caused my pain. I've always been nervous about chiropractic services because the cracking scares me, but he used a vibration tool to realign my spine. It was a quick and painless procedure! He also encouraged me to actively watch my posture to prevent my spine from sliding back into the uncomfortable position. I felt immediate relief! Although I still felt pain, I could actually walk without cringing with every step. After a day or two, the pain was gone altogether! He suggested I come back for a follow up a week or so after the initial appointment, but I still feel great 5 months later! I highly recommend!

Dr. Good is amazing! She really cares about you and genuinely works towards making you feel better. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Highly recommend!! If you need a chiropractor in Barrie look no further!!

Such a wonderful clinic! The receptionists are friendly and accommodating.The massage therapist Cheryl is so understanding and easy to talk to. I was nervous going in as I had never had a massage—she explained everything and I felt so comfortable. She is easy to talk to and always wants to help patients get back to their healthy selves.Dr. Eli is such a friendly and caring chiropractor, he uses the gentle chiropractic technique, and can also perform electric acupuncture.I look forward to seeing them every week!

Dr good is the BEST chiropractor I have ever seen. Before seeing her I was experiencing constant lower back pain that was very uncomfortable for over a month. Within 3 sessions she was able to pin point exactly where the pain was coming from and alleviate it completely. I will never go anywhere else!
