Multiple pre orders were missing bonuses. Staff aren't really knowledgeable outside of consoles. Store went from PC games and consoles to a mouse, consoles and selling refurbished iPads.. no thank you. Steam, Amazon, GOG, etc. are better choices with a much better selection.

Bought a used PS4 here and it didnt have the power cord and the controller that came with it had a loose joystick. Called and told the manager and he was very nice and gave me a brand new cord and controller. My favorite of the two EB Games. I stop in here everytime I'm at the mall and the employees are always very friendly.

I did not have a good experience this past week at this location. I will now be going to best buy or the source due to how rude the employee was to me as I entered the store with my mother, she was very rude about us sanitizing and gave us trouble about it even though she could see us sanitizing our hands. she made gestures gave us dirty looks and even screamed across the store for us to sanitize our hands even though she had seen us do so. She continued to eye us and give us nasty looks throughout our time in the store even speaking rudely about us to the customer at the counter. My mother and I became very upset and left the store without purchasing anything. WE WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff.I was in with my grandson, 12, and he loves the place. I'd have never been in but for his insistence as I'm not a gamer but his review was worth writing.

Debated whether to give 2 or 3 stars. I leave here frustrated most of the time. There's typically 4 staff members I encounter in this store. 2 are great. 1 is decent. 1 I cringe every time I realize it's them I have to deal with.I collect things like action figures and it takes forever for this store to get these items in. Now, that's obviously not the staff's fault it's the company. It's just annoying when you see these items popping up in EB's across the country but the one in McAllister takes forever to receive themToday something I've been looking for arrived and when I called to see if they could set it aside for me until my lunch break that was an hour and a half away, the one that makes me cringe every time I deal with them, saysJust buy it on our website"It took me 3 - 5 minutes to explain to this person that it is incorrectly listed as sold out on their website and they STILL didn't believe me. Finally they said"Well...I'll TRY and hold it

Great customer service .Employees are Always friendly and more then happy to help they go out of their way to help customers ! This is one of.our favorite stores , they have all kinds of toys that are unique ! Lots of movie and video game glasses/mugs wallets/purses and action figures . Hundreds of funko pop definitly highly recommend this store for anyone with kids . :)
