They were friendly and straightforward with me. I dropped off my laptop in the afternoon and they were done a couple hours later! Very fast and my computer is no longer a brick.

i brought my HP laptop to be fixed at this shop , two days later he called me to say he could not fix it but did not charge me for the diagnosis - i thought this was strange and so i brought my laptop to another computer repair shop who opened it up and told me someone spilled coffee on the keyboard and the coffee was still wet. I explained that nobody in my household drinks coffee and that's when the repair shop informed me the coffee was still wet and was dripping on the motherboard. i immediately put 2 and 2 together and realized Ink Toner Refill computer repair avtually dropped his coffee on laptop and instead of informing me of the issue, pretended he could not repair my laptop. The new repair shop is repairing the laptop now and i called Ink Toner but they continue to refuse to tell the truth as it happened. i would stay away if i were you, especially if you wish to have your computer actually repaired.

I was charged $150 for CPU cooler fix" but he didn't touch my CPU

We took our laptop in because it would not charge properly. It was ready within a week and works great!

Great value for my printer ink, and they are very helpful. One of the best things about being a Canadian is experiencing doing business with other cultures in my own back yard. These guys are super helpful and always are well stocked in the items I need.

good service and quick. fixed my computer and managed to remove and install all my photos and documents .reasonably priced.$100 cheaper than best buy and 5 days faster.i will go back.

Price is okAfter refill ink was leaking, printed with lower quality and ran out of ink and ran out of ink just after 20 pages, where it would print at least twice as much.Got what I paid for I suppose.This service probably more relevant for bigger cartridges and older models of printer

Never at his shop during business hours! I've been here three times this week and no one is here. I call and he mumbles on the phone about why he's not there. Unreliable and unprofessional!
